WORST SERVICE: I asked for a choc covered strawberry milkshake – no they don’t have it. I asked if they could just put chocolate on top of a strawberry milkshake and they said they couldn’t do half and half. I just ordered my son his milkshake instead. Once I got to the window and asked again, she said yes they could do that as I never asked for a half and half milkshake.

Honestly overall not bad, however one very unpleasant employee there. Obviously an establishment still requiring mask, no problem, however hers was around her chin. She also removed her food gloves once messy, and did not replace them before touching burgers putting them together and wrapping. She was being very short with the young girl that was the manager for the evening. Then proceeded to call her dumb to me when I mentioned something was left out of my order. After I walked out, unpleasant woman noticed something else missing and ran out for me. Once back inside, was very exaggerated about being “too old” to run after people and fixing dumb mistakes. I’m super laid back so honestly not a huge problem for me, I caught what was missed and nicely asked about it, my issue was the attitude and lack of respect for fellow coworkers and work place.

Service and Atmosphere has changed drastically since my last visit. We ordered through a kiosk, and we picked up our food when our ticket number was called. The food was still spot on, but I do miss the servers

The food was pretty good. It was very messy and thrown together. We were the only people in the place and 2 adults and 2 kids and we waited 20 minutes for 4 burgers. And then another 20 minutes for 4 milkshakes.

Really impressed with the self serve order-pay kiosk and overall dining experience. The food was really good, the restuarant was clean and the little interaction we had with the staff was friendly. Oh, and our milkshakes were fiyah!
