Terrible experience. I ordered shrimp and chicken tacos. The issue was when I told the server I was allergic to onions and asked if he could ensure there weren’t any in my food. All before the food was ready. Five minutes later, he returned with the food completely covered in onions. I once again informed him I could not eat onions. He then stated I needed to pay for the food and threatened not to return as he would “do something.” I think it’s unbecoming, and I think management should relieve the server from their duties.

KILKENNY… One of the most beautiful areas in the Republic Of Ireland. And, this fine Pub lives up to it’s Irish namesake. Great Food & Drink at the Kilkenny. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. You’ll instantly like the Kilkenny Pub for a Pint or two. And, the food is Top Tier. Enjoy yourself!

This used to be one of my favorite local spots to drop in at any given time. Now that all of the old/good bartenders have left and all basically back to back, this place has been reduced to shambles with their service. All of the new bartenders clearly need serious training on how to even talk to their customers and provide any type of decent service. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone at this point, not even for “happy hour”..as there is nothing happy there with servers like Bruno who looks like he just picks things up and puts them down. I’ve been coming there for over 10 plus years and the new servers have been there for a little over two months and are causing problems that I’ve never experienced with any of the other staff previously. Agreed with the person who posted the picture of Bruno, he needs to be gone asap before you lose all of your regular customers due to the unprofessional behavior and ugliness that comes from him on every shift. Please due better with hiring bartenders who actually make you want to come back as opposed to wish you had never even walked in.

We were stranded in Newark for the day…thanks United Airlines! We walked over to this cool little pub for lunch and had a great experience. The bartender/server was exceptional especially given how busy they were. Food was also great! Highly recommend!

Food was delicious. Service was slow but good. Did not feel like an Irish Pub. I usually go for the food and the Irish Rock music. The food did not disappoint!

My girlfriend and I went for lunch and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was Angel – server/bartender/ manager material who always provides exceptional service. I wanted throw a mini birthday dinner for one of my closest friends, I expressed to Angel my concerns and how flustered I was on not knowing how and the “what to do”. I needed the help – Angel to the rescue she help me put it allll together – mind you it was last minute. She is such an asset to Kilkennys, so lucky to have a gem like Angel – a true jack of all trades. When you go in there ask for ANGEL- she will definitely take care of you.

It’s an ale house within a few blocks of 9-5 business offices and 4 different colleges. With so many TV screens, it’s always March madness somewhere.The food is typical and always good. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
