Hands down the best place in town to get wingz!!! Great food the service was phenomenal and even got to sit and chat with owner for a few min. Our server Stephie Lephie was soooo amazing and funny. She really knows how to not only wait on tables but make your experience something you’ll remember. She is such a firecracker so to speak. Did I mention funny!!! Lol. I highly recommend Kickin wingz and if you have a chance ask for Stephie you will not regret it omg she’s the best. Thank you Stephie for the great service and laughs. We will definitely see you next time….

We did a take out order our first night here visiting and the wings were phenomenal. Best wings I have ever eaten. The sauces were freaking delicious. Love the homemade ranch. And the loaded fries were good even tho we got them cold but we had to drive back to our room. Bet they’re amazing fresh. Would definitely visit again.

Between the ease of your online ordering, speedy, pleasant, and courteous delivery, hot and delicious food, and most of all, every, little detail on point (right down to croutons on the side), you nailed it! Lastly, when I called the store to let the manager know how amazing the team was, our call was accidentally disconnected, and Jaden even called me back! Wow! True, excellent customer service! We had dinner at Kickin Wings last night on our way to drop my husband off at the airport and the waitress we got was training another girl. Neither of them wrote down our order which of course meant we got some wrong items and almost none of the sauces we asked for. When we again asked for the sauces we ordered it took over 15 minutes for them to get to the table, at which point our wings were dry and cold. The only food item we enjoyed were the French fries. We were also never offered drink refills. What really upset me was that between our server, the girl she was training and the manager who was roaming around table touching, no one asked how the food was. It was like they knew it was terrible. Not to mention the manager I was referring to only seemed to be talking to tables with frequent customers/people he knew personally. Overall poor service and food, unprofessional even for a wing joint. Very unimpressed.

Food was good, not great. Enjoyed it, but nothing stood out. Seated at 6:20 upon immediate arrival, party of 6 but no wait for a table. 15 minutes before server ever acknowledged us – but did apologize for it. Was their bottomless boneless night but we were not there for that, and sadly they only had 3 servers working. Drinks and 3 apps ordered immediately, drinks came quick, 2 apps arrived fairly quick but 3rd one was “lost” and eventually showed up. 45 minutes to get our main wing and side orders. Our server Aaron was hustling, doing his best, remained pleasant. In the past have seen the manager busting his butt to help servers, but different manager there tonight and barely saw or heard tonight’s. “Entertainment” was a comedy night, MC announced at 7:45 was an “adult” show and if kids or anyone in restaurant could be offended it was an R rated show and had 15 minutes to eat and leave. 8:00 MC started and was foul but not even close to funny. Numerous children in restaurant who had not even been served yet – imo adult R shows should seriously not start before 9:00 pm. By time finished food, got bills and paid, took us 2 full hours. As leaving noticed at least 5 tables still waiting on food who had been there as long as we were, some with children, and some tables who had menus still, got up and walked out as we were leaving complaining as they went that they were tired of waiting to even order their drinks. Clearly someone mismanaged the evening.

Ordered by phone. Showed up on time. In & out in <2 mins. I 'ed my Medium wings which had a decent amount of heat for me. She enjoyed the Teriyaki Wings. Leftovers were even more potent in flavor

We walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes until more customers walked in behind us and told us to sit anywhere..still no worker present. We sat ourselves, and waited another 15 minutes before even spoken to…mind you the place has maybe 3 tables with customers, very slow at the time. We finally have someone take our drink order and food order. We also ordered an appetizer. Another 6-7 minutes pass and we get our drinks, that’s fine. Then 15 minutes pass and we get our food. No appetizer, though. We just canceled it. Now let’s go to the food. My husband ordered a Philly steak and cheese. This things was dripping grease so bad that the bottom bun was saturated in grease. My husband didn’t want to complain so he took the bottom bun off and ate the rest. Fast forward to later that night when he was throwing up, stomach ache, etc and missed work the next day due to what I will assume was food poisoning.

First time visiting this place. I placed a pickup order over the phone. When I arrived, no order was to be found; however, they quickly placed my order (30 wings and 3 flavors). It was ready in bout 15 minutes. I appreciate their quick turn around.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been there 3 times. Same issues EVERY TIME…. Service SUCKS. 2 times had to wait for 15 minutes for our check, god forbid if they had been busy. As we waited we watched two waitresses stand at the cash register and have a time dancing to the music, and coiffing the others hair. ALL 3 TIMES, the waitress never came back for drink refills. The wings were good, but how can you screw up chicken wings other than…… no sauces. Maybe instead of standing and dancing they should be teaching and cleaning….. A LOT OF CLEANING. That front door looks like a herd of cattle came through with a bad case of diarrhea blowback. NOPE…. Not going back and I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone else either.

Taco shell was too crunchy like they fried it too long. bowl wasn’t even filled to the top. I was surprised to find it a THIRD filled with barely any chicken meat( which btw tasted like chicken in can). $11 and you’d expect more food in that bowl…make it make sense. The Gator taco sounded enticing and interesting to try but honestly the taco salad was made so poorly I won’t come back to try anything else.
