This is my 4th visit here and generally the food is actually pretty good. The only reason for the 4 stars is really for the service. The host who seated us got upset because we asked for booth instead of high tables and our food order had to be corrected 3 times. We were bought the wrong chicken wings twice and our fries were missing when wings finally did come. So they had to cook them and bring them later. The food again was very good every time I’ve gone.

7/1/23 Went back to kickback jacks and the wings were the rave. I had the Korean wings it was spicy and well tossed in sauce. I like extra sauce on the wings. Came out nice and hot. Also had the strawberry salad with grilled shrimp it was good. Again the server was an absolute delight and professional. Jessica was the server she was very attentive and friendly. Will come back to get those Korean wings again. Thanks for the great service Jessica.

Soooooo after a long day, my girls and I came to have dinner. We sat for 25 mins before anyone came to the table. After the manager brought a waitress over to the table, she took our ENTIRE order including drinks. After waiting another 20 minutes our appetizer came out, STILL NO DRINKS. We finished our appetizer before we got anything to drink. We finally got something to drink and waited another 20 minutes for a salad that should have been at the table along with the appetizer. Sat for more than an hour and DID NOT get main courses. THEY WEREN’T EVEN BUSY!!!!!!!!! Then, when we FINALLY got our main courses the food wasn’t HOT! They did a “remake” and over cooked my food! I trashed my food!

The service was pretty good at this sports bar.. The food was cool, not stellar but also not complaining. This is a cool little spot if you wanna grab a quick drink or 3, relax, watch the game and/or grab lunch/dinner with the family. The ribs and shrimp are my go to. The salads are pretty good also.

I got the chopped steak covered in mushrooms and gravy, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. For a sports bar, everything tasted pretty good. The restaurant as a whole as well as the women’s bathroom seemed pretty clean. My dining companion got boneless wings, fries, and cole slaw and got big portions, and she couldn’t finish it all. The only downside was the service; after bringing us our food, our server never came back to check on us; we had to ask for our checks. BTW we got separate checks with no additional charge.

The food was good. We had boneless and traditional wings and chicken tenders. Service needs improvement. I had to ask twice for sweetener. When our ketchup ran out, the waitress gave us another less than 1/2 empty bottle. She didn’t check on us to refill drinks. When she returned, she quickly cleared the table including the basket of fries my son was still eating.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. we used to come to this location 2-3 times per week. Now I wouldn’t be caught dead in this kickback jacks location. The front host employees are rude, they ignore customers and talk amongst them selves. the food has been bad the last few visits and have found hair and broken pieces of wood in our food. Just bad all around

We love this place sport on tap on 20 odd TV screens. Best of beer on tap. Lovely bar staff when they grasp sitting at bar you need served too.. but so lovely when they served. Food was immaculate amazing we spent 3 Evenings her from 8 it was so good.

Lovely visit on a busy Saturday. Took a seat at the bar to wait for our table. The grilled wings are Delicious and the drinks are Huge! Text messaged when our table was ready. Glad we visited. There are no specific gluten free options and my request for insights eas handled well. Had a burger, hold the bun.
