This location is rough…
I ordered chicken Al pastor bowl.
They gave me the regular chicken without explanation… this also happened to the person with me.
To top it off, barely any chicken.
This isn’t my first time here. They’re often are out of things and the staff haven’t been the most welcoming in my experience.

We were a total of 7 people (1 tween kid) who visited Chipotle yesterday.
We ordered 4 Veggie Bowls and 3 drinks
We all loved the food. We ordered White Clinto Rice, Sauted Veggies (Bell Pappers and Onions), Corn , Cheese , Pico de Gallo, Hot Sauce, and Gaucamole. It was all delicious.
They have also have Drive through if you wish to pick up food.

I do not like the fact that when trying to call the store location that the # directs you to a AI person and doesnt connect you to an actual real person to speak to about a order I placed with door dash. Also I dont think that not having the option to add special instructions for a order like adding (extra lettuce) to my food is not available. I tried to call the store before my dasher picked my order up and my time was wasted by having to speak to a AI on the other end which didnt help me with anything. I asked to speak to a team member or manager and the AI said it needed more information. How hard is it to just let me speak to a real person. So by the time I get the phone to actually ring to the store no one even answered ♀️ so trying to modify my order before my dasher picked it up wasnt a option. I dont think thats right and I think those options should be available when placing a order through any app.. no very happy with the options giving

The line was short. the food was good.
All the drinks were full. It was a typical day at Chipotle, actually it was night time. The only problem I had was I lied when I said I wasn’t going to eat the whole burrito bowl, but I did because it was so good. Now I’m full at bedtime. Mayne next time I’ll do better.

I’m giving 1 star cause every time I come here there is always something left out of my bag. Whether it be a sour cream, a whole bag of chips or my chimichurri sauce which is almost never in the bag. So, disappointing and management seems to not care at all when you address these things with them. Just know I won’t be back because chipotle staff is lazy and don’t feel the need to read receipts for your orders. If you want to leave paying almost $50 and still don’t have all your food then CHIPOTLE is the place to go!

Love coming here, the food is great. However, recently employees have been becoming more stingy with the portions they give out and my god can you guys not keep the vinaigrette stocked??? My grandkids refuse to eat their food without it!! Also, back in like 2024 I got food poisoning after eating here.

5:30 PM, they’re open till 11:00 PM, but, they’re out of Carne Asade and told me that they weren’t going to make any more! Really! This is how you run a business? While eating, I overheard a drive thru order requesting “Extra Carne Asade”, I didn’t hear anyone say they were out?! I usually come here at least once a week, it’ll be awhile before I return! On a positive note, the steak was very tender today, it’s usually tough and chewy. The tender steak is why I gave a two star rating.

I waited 30 minutes for an online order. Manager said they were going in order by time, however they were working on 5:50pm & my order was for 5:30. They left some items off my bowl, it was cold, rice wasn’t cooked & it was nasty. The restaurant was dirty, employees dried their hands on their shirts & no one worn hair nets. Worst service ever! They don’t even deserve 1 star, they should have the health dept called on them as well.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the food I ordered the new Carne Asada tacos and they are tender and delicious. But I do think it’s STUPID and absolutely makes no sense the conversation I just had with the girl at the drive thru window. I ordered 4 entrees all tacos . I asked if I could pls have 4 of the vinaigrettes the girl told me she can only give me 3 per order I said but I have 4 orders and they are all tacos she said yeah we can’t I can only give out 3 . I said well I would have added it on when I placed my order but I didn’t see that option to buy it she then reply’s with well we don’t charge for it but if you need more than 3 we charge .. the cups aren’t even filled up half way! I said well mm okay and that was it . I just think it’s ridiculous that everyone in my family that ordered can’t get some sauce now maybe if they actually filled the cups up I would understand or fixed it to where I can add it and I guess pay for it when I placed my order online.

I haven’t been to Chipotle in forever and a day it feels like. I kind of forgot how I order. The guy behind the counter guided me through it and answered my ridiculous question about a protein. (Appreciate it man, that was a “duh moment” for sure.)
Got to the register and the cashier was genuinely cool and personable.
I know things are tough right now for the food industry between things like lettuce shortages, and suppliers not being able to provide everything as usual. Then, staffing is a whole other beast. Maybe not everyday everything goes as smoothly as it could.
BUT, Today’s Chipotle was a treat for myself on a rainy afternoon. (Buyer be prepared it’s an expensive treat.) Today they had everything I asked for, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was phenomenal, (as I’m sure they strive to be everyday.)
Thank you to everyone behind the counter – Lunch was great and I appreciate you all.
