What more would I expect from an Applebee’s? Tho place has seen some visible remodeling, but it still has many rough edges; especially in the bathrooms. This place is also clearly understaffed. We had to wait despite there being multiple empty tables, which is an instant red flag. The service itself was good, but that’s no excuse for how little there actually is.
The food itself is actually pretty decent. I had the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they were good; but had a little too much on the preservatives. However, the OM Cheeseburger actually lived up to my expectations. It had good texture and had this fun queso & skillet pan served with it. Overall, this place would be better if they got more people and patched up a few corners.

Despite the long wait and empty tables and hearing a server tell a guest that they don’t even have a person to clean the dishes and only two servers, the food came out hot! Props to the person hustling in the back cooking the food.
My complaint is more on the atmosphere and the guest service that was given by the servers There was one guy server at the time we were there and I wished we had him. High energy and friendly.
To the ladies…take notes. Rbf isn’t cute when your job entails customer service. Smile! You’ll make better tips.

Lucky for you it caught me off guard and I didn’t cause a scene when I should had cuss you out. Your approach was very confrontational and you should be careful who you speak to in that manner.

Food was very salty,good atmosphere until the server yelled out loud if I was going to leave tips.i was in chock very unprofessional.if u have this server plz just make sure if u Going to leave cash money as tip make it visible so she can see it and don’t make a big deal out of it. Also, I will leave this as approved of who it is. I will never come back at least to this Applebee’s I’d rather drive a little bit more and go somewhere else you have a good day

First time eating here. We were seated quickly and our order taken on a timely manner. Things went downhill after that. Our mozzarella sticks appetizer was brought out cold. We sent it back and waited a long time for it to be redone and brought out. When our entrees were brought out, mine was warm enough but my wife’s was cold. She sent it back to be redone. We waited a while but it wasn’t brought out and I was about done with my meal, so my wife flagged down the waitress and told her to cancel it. The waitress asked if she wanted something instead, and my wife said to bring her a small salad. The service after that was even slower, plus I had an empty glass for quite a while. When our bill was brought out, we were still charged for two entrees even though my wife canceled hers. No apology or adjustment was offered, we had to ask for a bill reduction. We could not understand the poor service and food, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant when we ordered. I doubt we’ll return to this location again.

The waitress was horrible. She was rude and unfriendly. She rolled her eyes when I asked her a question. Managers seem to be working harder than the employees.
She didn’t check on us once and our appetizers came out the same time as the food and it was only chips and salsa.

Leigha is AMAZING!!! Hands down the best server/bartender I know!! She makes you feel like your with family & friends!! Her smile lights up the entire room! Despite being busy she will ALWAYS make time to speak with each and every customer!!! 20/10 she’s the BEST!!!!!!

My family celebrated my aunt’s 85th birthday here 10/12. Thankfully it was pretty empty so they were nice about accommodating our large group. We had over 20 people. We were VERY pleased with our server and the food. I don’t think anyone received any food they weren’t pleased with, and she handled us by herself (with help bringing food and drinks out). She stayed on top of requests and refills and we had an enjoyable afternoon. Thank you. Sorry can’t remember the lady’s name.
