I tried Indian food for the first time at Khaab and let me just say: I feel like I’ve been missing out. The food here is so good and the buffet is awesome and a great way to try a little bit of everything for a great price. Everything I tried was delicious, but my favorites were the butter chicken and the mushroom (the full name escapes me) with some delicious naan bread and rice. They also have a full menu with things like lamb chops served with vegetables, rice, and soup that our friend ordered. They were also delicious (sometimes lamb can taste gamey— that was not the case here). I must not be the only person that thinks the food is amazing here. The restaurant opened at noon and was packed by 12:30pm. Definitely give this place a try!

Best Indian place in Columbus – and there are a ton of good Indian restaurants there. Their saag/palak is some of the best I’ve ever had, and you can actually see the spinach in it so you know it’s not just puree or something.

Great service and gin and tonic from my waiter. The lunch buffet was elite for only 15 bucks. Make the jump and come eat here. You’ll be happy you did!

Ironic that Khaab means dream because I’ve been dreaming of this place without knowing it. As someone of south Asian decent, I’m extremely picky with Indian food. The shrimp tandoori came out on a pipin hot skillet and chicken tikka masala was the star of the show. Garlic naan cooked perfectly with just the right amount of butter. Pakora were low in quantity and not crispy enough but this was probably bc we went during restaurant week. Wish I lived closer because I would have Khaab very often. Thus far, thee best Indian food I’ve tasted in Columbus, Ohio.

This place has been on my list for a while as one of the top recommended Indian spots in Columbus. The food was pretty good the service was just OK.Our server didn’t really bus our tables or check on us regularly. But in her defense she was also bartending and managing other things so it Wasn’t too personal. I got a platter so I tried a lot of different things everything was pretty good. I’ve been terrible with taking pictures. But here is The mango lassie which was also delicious.

My family and I visited for dinner on a Thursday night. We all enjoyed our experience. My sabaz chicken, garlic naan, and pineapple boomer cocktail were good, and the vegetable samosa was great!

They have an excellent lunch buffet that came to about $27 and change for two people. Everything was very fresh. It’s a great deal and a good way to try different foods without getting a full entree of it. Alex has been working here since it was Aab and is always very friendly. Lots of drink options (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) to choose from.
