I would like to sincerely thank the entire KFC team for their honesty and professionalism, especially Sydney, Aundrea, and Paola La P. My wife lost her wallet with all her IDs and cash inside. We searched everywhere and thought it was gone forever. When we returned to the restaurant, the staff had found it and kept it safe. Nothing was missing — not even the money.
This level of integrity, responsibility, and respect is rare and truly admirable. You should be proud of your team. Thank you for your high ethics and excellent service. I highly recommend this location.

The service here wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t good either. They didn’t have anymore A&W root beer which was unfortunate. The service took awhile for six items with no one else in the drive thru line. We got our drink after paying and were told to pull up and wait—usually it’s because of the cheese curds. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, we got our food (2 wrap combo with fries, cheese curds and a chicken sandwich). When we opened our food, one wrap just had a chicken tender with mayo (it was supposed to have the slaw) and the other with a chicken tender and mac n cheese. They both looked so sad and were disappointing. Then when we got to the chicken sandwich, a few bites were taken before we found a piece of hair—literally disgusting.

The only thing good here are the (A&W) cheese curds.

Idk where to start? My husband just tried to get a bucket of chicken and requested that we get 6 legs instead of 3 wing and 3 legs, even said he’d pay for them and they refused? They said “we already packed the bucket we can’t change it because if we take the chicken out it will tear and we can’t sell it”

We just ordered it 10 seconds ago, that’s not my problem you rushed to package it. So we left without getting anything. Good luck selling those 12 pieces of chicken now, I guess

I’ve never in my life been to a KFC where they refuse to give you what you would like? Very odd interaction. We won’t be returning.

I really don’t like to give bad reviews. I can not believe that this was given to me today.
I ordered a chocolate espresso swirl cake and took a bite. It tasted bad. My sister still wanted a piece. I told her stop. There was mold all over the cake.

Al’s Wanderlust Adventures
I ordered the 3 piece dark meat “thighs” big box with Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and a root beer float. Drove back to my work to eat and when I opened the box and found 2 original breast. The person failed to fill my order correctly, and shorted me one piece of chicken.
I plan on calling about this and I will not recommend and not go back to this KFC again.

Placed an order online and get ripped off by the doordash driver. So i went to the store and got accused of being a thief when i told them that it was paid for in full. I have not had this experience before and am appaled by the lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t give these guys any business. they suck.

I didn’t enjoy being attacked by thousands of white fuzzy’s, which made you feel like you were in a snow globe with these darn annoying things floating and flying about.
But it’s ok everything went well with the order. Food was hot, fresh & yummy. 6-1-2022
