I (Nicole) was born and raised in Olympia and became a bartender in my early 20’s. I never imagined it turning into a career choice, but I fell in love with it from minute one. 19 years later, I am finally an owner and I can’t tell you how elated I am. My mission as part owner includes: 1. Providing excellent customer service on every level. 2. Providing a space that is comfortable and safe. 3. Hosting fundraisers and events in order to give back to my community as often as possible.

Went here for a good bite for the first time on a warm mid week evening. Went inside, and it was busy & VERY LOUD. A lot going on with tables, & a group of 8-10 women in the middle of the restaurant were having a major cackle-fest, hooting & hollering!

I only had drinks, so can’t comment on the food, although work mates did recommend the place for food, I just never got round to it…Nice place to sit outside with a nice cold beer and a cigarette on a hot summers evening. Lovely pint of Stella too……Nice clean bar with excellent service, if I’m ever back in Olympia for work I will try the food…

Stopped by for drinks and appetizers here on a not-so-busy Wednesday evening. They have an interesting line up of cocktails. We ordered the Smooth Criminal and Way Down in Kokomo and loved both these cocktails. For finger food, we ordered their delicious Mac & Cheese, Cheese curds (loved the sauce that came with these crispy curds) & the spinach artichoke dip. They do have some beer options but their cocktails menu looked amazing. This place is huge and they do have a small private room as well. I am sure this place is busy over the weekends. Service was great. All in all loved the vibe here and will come back.

We love Nicole’s. The food is generous and tasty. Most of the servers are great, and the bartender is very good (a guy who regularly wears a cap). The owner is around a lot, which you’d think would be good, but unfortunately the staff tends to focus on her (and her guests) vs other guests.

This is the best all-around hangout in town. Clean, friendly and cool ambiance. Cool music and Olympia history theme. We love it here. Staff are fantastic with little turnover so you know Nicole runs this place well! Food is great – more than pub food- don’t miss trying the dinner specials. Kitchen is more than just cooking, great creative recipes coming out of the kitchen. We had the Chicken pasta puttanesca dinner tonight, delicious! Had brunch here last month…Just as great!

My favorite spot in Oly for a drink with friends. Sara is an amazing waitress/ bar tender here and always gives us the best customer service. Love the cocktail menu! Highly recommend the Into the garden cocktail & Put the lime in the coconut cocktail! The food is good and the burgers are really good. Good vibe and decent crowds most of the time. It is sometimes hard to find a spot in the weekend, it gets busy and there is live music. Highly highly recommend giving this place a visit!!!
