I ordered through the app in an attempt to save time, when I arrived I was told they were all out of chicken poppers. I was offered a side in substitution for 10 chicken nuggets but was told they couldn’t substitute another form of chicken, since this was my son’s dinner and I’d already paid through the app, I had to wait 30 minutes for the chicken. I’d ordered a side waffle which we didn’t receive. My food was hot but the breading was raw.

Went to KFC in Southgate around 11:30am. They open at 11am. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. For being open about 30 minutes, I expected the chicken to be fresh and hot. The chicken tasted like it was reheated, breading was soggy, and the chicken was not even hot. Very disappointed on this visit.
