I’ve been to the KFC on 176th by Fred Meyer and to the downtown Puyallup KFC, these over cooked chicken strips seem to be over cooked every time and at both location. I’m done with KFC. The KFC in Green Valley AZ seems to have consistently golden brown appealing strips. This box of 6 strips and coleslaw was $21.00 and for over cook strips that we won’t eat .
I guess what I would say is look at your food before you leave the store make sure it is edible.

I regularly visit several different KFC locations and must say this one is disappointing. Ordered 4 tenders and a small coleslaw. The strips were almost unseasoned. They tasted nothing like the standard recipe and were also pretty old
Not sure what’s going on at this location but at $18 with no drink and a hard fail to make anything resembling KFC I will definitely avoid this place.

We came to this KFC and we are from California and we were just surprised at the cleanliness of this location; the workers especially the young girl at the drive thru window have great customer service. They have plenty of seating and even a round table for a bigger family. Great location!

Really enjoyed my visit today. By fe the cleanest KFC I have eaten at in WA. Food was fresh and hot. My favorite part was the team member Chelsea brought my food to me while I dine in. Super friendly and asked i I need anything else. Great experience

I hadn’t been to KFC in years until a coworker craved it for lunch. I quickly realized why no one talks about it anymore. I order two chicken tender meals and they were the smallest dryest pieces of meat I’ve had in a very long time. Way over priced for the food you get. It’s was over $30 for two meals and I felt so silly for spending my money at this establishment. RIP KFC

My daughter ordered chicken wings and she was given spicy chicken that she couldn’t eat. My sandwich had way too much mayo which was totally unappetizing. The french fries were literally like chewing leather. We asked for ranch and were given BBQ. This was by far the grossest meal I’ve ever received. What a waste. Now we’re still hungry and out $27. Will not return.

I love the chicken here . I tried the chicken and waffles today, while my friend tried the classic chicken sandwich. The food was fresh and we had fast service. The location was very nice. I highly recommend this location.

The worst KFC ever! The manager Leslie is rude and says they are perfect when they consistently serve under cooked or overcooked chicken. Disgusting place! Visit another location for sure!

There are lots of employee that could easily take my order but had to be told to use the drive thru instead because the guy infront of me is ordering a million things. So much for “fast food”. Not to mention the people behind me are seniors and has walkers still was told to get back to their cars and use the drive thru instead. The store is open, there were people dining and it is clean. At least the store looks nice and inviting. Staff can’t handle heavy traffic. They should close the entire lobby if they only want to do drive thru, ruined my day tbh.

I am so glad I visited the bathroom before eating here! The toilet is busted, the floor is so slippery and has grime collecting at all the edges, and there isn’t enough water flow in the sink to properly wash hands. The whole room absolutely reeks of old urine, despite prominent air fresheners. If this is the state of their bathroom, I shudder to think what the situation is in the kitchen. We left before ordering food.
