The worst chicken in the world! Used to be good. Am sooo disappointed and dissatisfied. Been there twice in the last month. I found No Cole slaw in my order 1st time two weeks ago and they only had two pieces or original at dinner rush time.

Drive thru…the place had improved since the pandemic, but sadly seems to be going back downhill quickly. Couldn’t get what we wanted because we were told we would have to wait 5 minutes. So we did a 1/2 and 1/2 style bucket that was ready to go. THEN we were asked to drive around and park because fries would be 3 minutes. 20 minutes later food was brought out. Fries were cold and soggy, just like the chicken. Chicken coating was sliding off the meat and at the bottom of the bucket. Grease was deep at the bottom of the bucket too. Once again, they were doing better, but this was definitely a slide backwards on all that grease and poor service.

The chicken didn’t seem to be very good quality, especially for the prices. The young lady who finally came to the counter (there was 3 of us customers waiting for seemed like 3 to 4 minutes) was very nice, professional and thorough, hard to find young people like this any more. these days.

Hope this is the right KFC just before the toll, we called from out in the parking lot because the lobby was closed and we were towing out boat, the female worker said we could order online or use the drive thru we went to place our order for the 8pc family meal and she told us they only had 3pcs of chicken left and it was a hour before the drive thru would be closed..wasnt happy at all about that and then said we could order online but again only 3pcs of chicken left.. ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️

I haven’t had many issues with the food but God the drive thru is NOT being tended to. The past two times I’ve been I’ve waited for someone to talk to me through the speaker for at least 3 mins and not a peep was made. I even saw an employee at the drive thru window and there was not a single car in the parking lot or drive thru. Both times I’ve backed out and left, I cannot believe I’d have to wait for anything when there is zero business. Obviously corporate KFC has forgotten this location exists. Put gh KFC out of its misery and put something better there. Maybe a chick fil a. I’m not the type to leave reviews on ANYTHING but this is ridiculous.

I was in the taco time drive through which is 10 feet across from KFC drive through. While waiting in my car I saw an employee pick food from warming baskets and eat some and even threw some back in the basket after picking it out. This place needs to have the Health department visit. Gross….

Biscuits were so hard (the outer edge, top & bottom) you couldn’t eat them unless you peeled it like an orange. I think I’ll just go back to Port Orchard next time. This Gig Harbor restaurant has steadily gotten worse over the past year.

I have not been inside this restaurant since covid so who knows how it is on the inside. From the moment you drive up they are pretty friendly to the drive-thru amazingly they honestly don’t make very many mistakes with your order after you pick up the food. unlike many other restaurants namely (McDonald’s) who cannot seem to get most of our orders correct at all! But I have my own theory on that look for my McDonald’s review. One of the biggest complaints which is probably a corporate issue is why they got rid of the potato wedges instead of fries the wedges were much much better! Keep up the good work KFC I hope to review your restaurant again in the very near future considering it’s the only restaurant in my Gig Harbor.
