Placed a mobile order, so it would be ready when I got there. I arrived to the employees just sitting in the lobby. Other times I get there 2+ hours before closed and they say they’re out of chicken for the night. What the hell is up with that? Owner needs to step up this store. Even other stores have said this one has a bad reputation.

I ordered chicken nuggets, 12 piece count and I only received six. They try to throw some tenders in there. The lady at the drive-through asked me to wait. I waited patiently. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m black that they did me like this but this is ridiculous. This is the third time that this is happened I called up there he gave me the GM’s phone number, but did not give me the GM’s name makes no sense completely stupid.

The manager working tonight 3/23/23 is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is clearly lacking customer service skills. After getting home we ended up throwing all of our food out. The nuggets in the mashed potato bowl were RAW and the tenders in the tender box were hard as a rock and inedible.

Couldnt eat in the restaurant. Lobby was closed. Chicken was tasteless. It’s like they decided to pick and choose what to leave out. Almost comical if it didn’t cost me nearly 80 dollars. Didn’t get my biscuits, but got butter. Got mashed potatoes. But didn’t get the gravy, etc. And when did they stop having jo jos? Welp… lost another customer.

I know better than to keep giving this location another chance. The owner of this location should probably focus on the store a little more. Countless times…. Tenders and wedges for two…. Ugh. Scrawny half pieces of tough chicken included with a few decent pieces. The wedges are the same…. A few decent pieces in with the dried leather. I ordered a pair of apples pies on this one. Was asked to pull over, would take about 4 minutes. I waited 12 minutes then had to get out of car and walk in and ask what’s up. Always an issue at this KFC. I’ll learn to go somewhere else now that I had to take the time and put in a review. I hate having to write this kind of thing. I own a small business so I get it but it’s apparent the owner isn’t really watching his store. Just counting the money I guess.
