Horrible customer service. I had a coupon and they will not allow you to substitute the thigh for a leg. Manager Luis said if you want a leg instead of thigh we will charge you full price. I’ve never had an issue substituting a leg for a thigh at other locations because I don’t eat thighs. The manager Luis then Replied you are welcome to go somewhere else. Bad customer service!!! Not to mention the Long wait for my food. The manager apologized for the long wait saying he had new employees that cleared out my order. The chicken was not fresh. It was gross.

KFC drive thru Renton, WA to get family dinner. Im not sure if workers here realize that their face, name means something while on the clock. Our dinner meal was ruined. The chicken has not a flavor but messy greasy fried of some sort. Got a coupon now, after my complaint and searched other locations to use it but the reviews are too similar to my complaint. It’s not the same as it was 4 decades ago.

We tried to order at the drive-thru and this food crew on the mic when asked how much was $41-$8, he said, “oh come on, don’t let me do the math it’s hard!” And we were dumb founded with what he said next, “let see, $41-$8 is $36!” And the last thing he said after that was,”…and don’t make me do the math again because it’s hard, I don’t like math!” The next we did was pass and drove home.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i had an order to pickup and came through the drive through, the worker told me i had to come inside to get it… drive through is on a one way street with a massive median in the middle so i had to complete leave go down the street and flip a uee just to go inside and immediately pickup my already done order.

I had a really bad experience I order food today online and went to drive through for pick up and lady was so rude at driver through keep telling me to come inside. How can turn back from drive through and already had one car in-front of me . When I went to the window that maxican lady was so so so rude and told me that she will not give me food next time if I come at drive through … i like seriously how can you say that to customer. It was my first time there and I had really bad experience. I want tell the owner he should change his staff because all staff was giving me a look. I am going to take this matter to higher authorities and complain over there for such a bad service. I wish I can give zero stars . Very low rating poor service

I went here to grab dinner for my family before work and a separate meal for myself. When I got the chicken the box was not warm or hot, so I told the cashier and he said it had just came out. When I got to work I was so mad at what they did I didn’t eat the chicken. They gave me 2 whole wings and a wingette drum for a 3 piece wing meal. Then when I returned it the next day for my money back

Ordered a two piece chicken meal. $11 which I thought was expensive. The chicken didn’t look fresh, but I ate it anyway. Big mistake, 1/2 hour later, let me just say I had major stomach issues. Will never go back again.
