If you are traveling thru Oregon. Stop off here at Central Point KFC, AND MEET MICHAEL! This man went above and beyond for my parents’ 60 wedding anniversary. We ran into a food situation due to a catering issue. Michael took such good care of us with food and dessert. What an amazing man he is! KFC should be very proud of him representing them.

Worst customer service ever.
I was hesitant to give this location a second chance after my previous visit a few weeks ago. I ordered a meal through the drive-thru and didn’t notice the condition of the food until I got home. The chicken looked like it had gone through a blender—the bone was completely crushed and in pieces. I was also given only half a biscuit, and it looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. It honestly felt like I was given someone else’s leftovers.
Today, I decided to walk in at around 12:30 PM, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, it was even worse. Three employees were present and clearly saw me. We made eye contact multiple times, yet no one came to the counter or acknowledged me at all. I stood there waiting and was completely ignored. I eventually had to leave without being served.
To make matters worse, the same employee who gave me the terrible order during my last visit was working again today. This location clearly lacks basic customer service training. It’s extremely disappointing for a brand like KFC to allow this level of service and food quality.

I ordered online for a discount. When I got to the store they could not find my order. They said to order online at that moment because they could not give me a discount without an online order. I ordered. They could not find my order. They said order again so I did. I received my order but when I got home I saw that I had been charged twice. This is taking me many many many many many many many phone calls. Trying to get a hold of the district manager. I was promised I didn’t get a call. I kept with my phone on until 10:00 p.m. but no call. I called back and left a message and was promised by the person that had received my information I was promised again that I would get a call back. Nor did I get a call on the third day I had enter a dispute with my credit card company because KFC never called me back.

We had to wait a few minutes to order even though we were at the head of the line. The person let us know they would be with us soon and was friendly taking our order. Half the tables needed cleaning from previous customers but otherwise lunch was good. The staff was friendly and thanked everyone for coming in. We visited around 2:30pm.

This was, without a doubt, the worst KFC I have ever visited or eaten. I ordered the4 piece combo – I got 3 chicken tenders. I asked for the fries to be substituted with Cole slaw – I got cold fries & a small Cole slaw. I was not asked about my choice of coating. I got extra crispy. I wasn’t asked my preference of beverage – I got a watered down cola. Awful, awful, awful. For this, I sat in the drive through nearly 30 minutes. I should have checked but KFC has normally delivered my order as requested. Lesson learned. I shall never return.

I placed my order online. They said it will be ready at 6:05 PM. I arrived to pick up my order three minutes early. And I was told it’ll be a few minutes.
At 6:20 my order was ready to go.
At this location, if you order online, you will get a free 10 piece chicken nugget, provided your order cost more than $10 dollars.
I ordered the famous chicken bowl. With a side of macaroni and cheese, a side of coleslaw and their new apple pie bites. And of course I got the 10 piece nugget free. Total $18.16
After opening everything up to take this picture. I could tell that the macaroni and cheese was going to taste the worst. So that was the first item I sampled. And it was bad. The macaroni and cheese tastes horrible. After I tasted it, I threw it out. 1 star.
Next I tried a chicken nugget. I got 2 different sauces with these nuggets, 1 Buffalo ranch and 1 KFC sauce. The chicken nugget without any sauce dont taste very good. There fresh out of the fryer and hot. 2.5 stars
The chicken nugget dipped in KFC sauce tastes better. 3 stars.
The chicken nugget dipped in Buffalo ranch sauce dont taste so good. 2 stars
The famous bowl, which consists of mashed potatoes with gravy, cheese, corn, and chicken nuggets sounds like a great hangover meal. I don’t have a hangover, but if I did….. 2.5 stars
The famous bowl needs tabasco sauce, which I carry with me in the truck.
The apple pie bites taste great. Crunchy on the outside. Soft and dumpling, like on the inside, with apple pie filling. You only get four apple pie bites per order. But they taste very good. 4.5 stars
The coleslaw should be the star of this show. Throughout my life, I’ve always thought KFC makes the best coleslaw. As I eat this I’m thinking. Maybe they just forgot to put celery seed in this batch. I’m hoping they didn’t change the recipe. It’s still pretty good. But it just doesn’t taste the same. 3 stars
That gives the colonel a final score of 2.7 out of 5 Stars. It’s sad to see how far downhill KFC has gone.

Stopped by KFC and it was honestly disappointing. The cashier clearly seemed inexperienced and was struggling to keep up, but instead of helping, the rest of the crew just stood around cracking jokes. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for my order while the drive-thru customers got their food right away. On top of that, I watched management on their phone with gloves on, then go straight to handling food without changing them. That’s just not professional. Management really needs to step up and set a better example for their team.

Bought two combos, and when we got home both of them were missing pieces of what we paid for. One box had half a biscuit with fried chicken and no side, the other box had four of the smallest chicken tenders known to mankind and a mouthful of mac and cheese, no biscuit. The combos are already overpriced, not even getting what we paid for makes it worse. Not going back to this one.

Don’t complain that they over cooked the food, they will just tell you they can’t do anything. The Chicken tenders were far from tender. They were SO rubber like, they were inedible….but i guess once you pay…they don’t care if you can eat it…..NEVER GO HERE
