I actually came in for A&W today. We got a couple combo meals and root beer floats. We got two A2’s and 1 A7 no lettuce. The fries were hot and delicious, I ate them all before my burger. Enjoyed the extra crunch of the coating they put on them. The burgers were not as hot, but we’re quite good. Bacon was a good texture, not all floppy. The cheese flavor was overwhelming on the burger. All the veggies were crisp and fresh. And the floats were what I remember as a child. Still the best hands down. I drove past Carl’s Jr on purpose to stop here; anyim glad that I did. Till next time.

This location was closed at 9:30 AM on Sunday. They open at 9 AM. I’m not sure if management is aware or there are staffing issues. But they serve good food when they’re normally open.

The fried chicken tasted different than the usual, as if the oil had been reused 50 times and was highly carcinogenic. The covering was bitter. And they forgot to give us coleslaw in our box. Strawberry shake was sugar laden and wasn’t really a shake, it was an ice cream. Not sure why they put a straw in in! It tasted good though. Super unhealthy, needless to say. To top it all, service wasn’t good.

Apparently a combo beverage cannot be substituted with a Polar Swirl because “it’s a dessert”, but a float or shake can substitute… Despite A&Ws menu at both the store location and website saying that Floats and Shakes are ALSO desserts.
