My cell phone app could not let me place an online order. I walked in restaurant asking for help. The counter help asked the manager, and she told me that they cannot help me with online order. I can order in store for store price, not online price. I said that I am not at fault for app technical difficulty. She told me that I am not at fault either, bye! I didn’t place the order, and I left! I have never encounter such rude services. I will never want to return to this place ever again!

I got my wings with the Nashville sauce it was verytasty but I’m only giving four stars because when I opened up the box the oil got everywhere in my car….. I just hope there’s a way that you can make Nashville sauce without all the oil…. I also wish there was a way you could put the wings in a better container because now I have to go take off my favorite jeans

Every time I’ve gone to this establishment they have forgotten something. Check your bag and make sure everything is inside before you leave. Such a hassle to have to go back to get your items that they have forgotten to give you. Now I have to spend Gas and time. Which neither is free! Do better KFC.

Walked in, 2 children were waiting for a pickup order, 2 adult women were waiting for a pickup order and I was waiting to place an order. After 5-7 minutes of small talk with the adult women, I called out asking if someone was working the front counter. Eventually a young man appears, I would guess he is the manager, his shirt is different from everyone else. I said the children are waiting to pickup an oder, he ask the name looked at a screen and said 10-15 minutes. I said. I’d like to place an order, he said 10-15 minutes. I said to place an order, he sarcastically said yes. Of course this makes zero sense. I simply walked out. I understand the effects Covid has had on all industries and truly empathize with everyone who works with the public. However, your choices do not give you the right to be rude to your customers. If you’re not happy in your current position, perhaps this is a great time to reflect and move on. In the meantime I would suggest that you close the inside service and focus on the drive thru That way if some or all of your employees are having a bad day, the customer isn’t exposed to the negative vibes. You just lost a long time loyal customer.

Horrible experience. They have a whole team of employees and I still waited 30+ minutes. Then they got my order wrong. I am missing one of my gravy’s. I feel like I got ripped off. I ordered the $30 fill up and there is no sporks(spoons, forks), no plates.

This is a great location:) Alyssa took our order thoroughly and accurately with a great attitude, communicated it well to the rest of the staff, and Emmanual handed our food off to us with a smile as well– and twice as fast as we had anticipated. Also, while we were eating he came out to clean the lobby– Our food was nice and hot and super tasty! We’ll be back! Thanks for the stellar service in an ocean of mediocre! !!
