This was just sad. I asked for crispy and every piece was soggy. I’m not far from the location. It shouldn’t of been cold by the time I got home. But it was. Some of it didn’t even have badder on it. The biscuits were crumbled in the box. And idk what part of the chicken I got. I think it was a wing? But it was very unappetizing. Nuggets were pebbles. I stopped coming to KFC because it just got bad as years went on. We decided it’s been a while, we’ll it was just as expected. Will not be returning.

I ordered Pepsi that KFC offers in the carry out bags, and the soda was flat. I called KFC that same night and spoke with a mgr. I was told by the mgr I didn’t need to come back that same night, he gave me his name and said to ask for him and he would take care of my issue. Went the next day and he wasn’t there. The mgr on duty said she couldn’t do anything to help me.

Ordered a bucket of 16 pcs, mixed 50/50 original & crispy. Got home and found it was ALL crispy and so overcooked it was almost inedible. Called the manager who essentially said, “You can bring it back. Otherwise there’s nothing I can do.” It’s about 8 miles and I had hungry grandkids. We ate it, but I will not be back. I’m 70 years old. I KNOW what KFC is supposed to taste like.
