I convinced my husband to eat there since he had eaten it before and I loved it but he didn’t want to, in the end he said ok and we went to buy the biggest basket they had, to my surprise it’s the worst chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life without exaggeration, an extra moist dough, nothing to do with crispy and I asked for a mix and they gave me everything just as sad, if I could upload a video of this chicken so you can understand what I’m talking about, now I have 16 pieces of chicken that nobody wants eat.

Went through drive thru tonight and got home and noticed my large coleslaw wasn’t in the bag. I immediately called the location and was told that they would provide me with my missing coleslaw as well as another large side for the inconvenience. Got back to the store and spoke with the manager, Toni, and she was very polite and attentive and quick to solve the issue… with a smile.

Today I went through the drive through and let me tell you the service was amazing! Katelyn was extremely Kind and made sure to ask if I needed anything else including sauces ! She was very helpful and so nice as I placed my order and when I drove up to the window. Definitely very pleasant and I will be returning to this location! It’s not very common to have a nice person take your order and make sure the customer is happy all at once! Made my night! Thank you Katelyn.
