One of the worst customer service ever. They don’t care about customers. Placed my order at the drive thru and was told to wait at the front of the store. No one came and I’ve been waiting patiently. I had to go inside and ask for my order and they forgot about my order. I just ordered sides and waited 30 mins. Never coming back here.

I’m amazed with the staff. The manager gave us a great deal and was extremely polite, went above and beyond to help me find a good, cheap meal for my picky eater. The service was amazing, 10/10. Something you don’t see in fast food much anymore. The interior was very clean. And cool in this summer heat! I was pleased to see staff wiping tables right after others left. And the nuggets for my kid were great. The food was tasty n fresh. Overall, good experience. I’m impressed!

I convinced my husband to eat there since he had eaten it before and I loved it but he didn’t want to, in the end he said ok and we went to buy the biggest basket they had, to my surprise it’s the worst chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life without exaggeration, an extra moist dough, nothing to do with crispy and I asked for a mix and they gave me everything just as sad, if I could upload a video of this chicken so you can understand what I’m talking about, now I have 16 pieces of chicken that nobody wants eat.

This is THE BEST KFC I have visited in SoCal. I love KFC original recipe and I have been less than pleased at many SoCal KFC restaurants. This one is my favorite. Every time I pass through Apple Valley I stop here. The chicken is cooked perfectly, the restaurant is clean and the staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I had to wait a bit for my order to be completed (a 16 piece bucket). The cashier was sympathetic to my having to wait so I was given a complimentary drink and strawberry dessert. That was above and beyond and very courteous and I appreciated the gesture.

This is a combination kfc and long john silvers. Which are hard to find, not to mention this is the only long john silvers in the high desert. I go here often and the food is always good. The kfc always tastes good and so does long john silvers. And the long john silvers is always fried well, it is rarely ever burnt or overly greasy. Most of the time here the service is good and the employees are nice. The chicken planks from long john silvers here are amazing! And so is the kfc chicken and mashed potatoes as well! I work here at this location now, and it’s an amazing place to work at!
