I have been here for only 30 mins. and in that time they have earned their 1 star. When first arriving 3 of 5 employees working were outside. They place looks closed and empty. We proceeded to ask if they were open one employee said yes and ran back inside while we got in the other two walked back in. When ordering customer service was great but once I got my food my chicken was soggy and definitely not crispy. I have never seen kfc chicken like this honestly gross. I went to ask about getting a different batch and waited at the front counter for about 2-3 mins for someone to notice me while they were in the far end continuing the conversation from outside. Once someone noticed me the newbie was sent to assist me. She was sweet and understood my concern. My chicken was refried and handed back. Below you can see what I was handed to eat. Gravy & Mac and cheese was cold, cold slaw was the worst I’ve ever had. I wanted to ask for my money back but I didn’t the girl assisting me to get the short end of the stick. She is the only one I see doing any sort of work around here. Never coming back.

Very Disappointed in KFC LAKESIDE! I ORDERED $30 worth of food and got these puny chicken legs and wings the size of an appetizer! And the managers response was we don’t use steroids in our chickens. I’ve been getting KFC for many years I’ve never seen chicken legs and chicken wings that small unless it was for an appetizer not a dinner and no sympathy they didn’t give us any receipt we called them the manager said she pulled up the order and said well they made a little mistake on the fries and they gave us a large fries instead of small because they said the the speaker wasn’t working. So instead of this being a dinner to feed a family of three it’s basically an appetizer customer service very bad won’t be going there again could have got a big pizza for that much money and would have filled our bellies!

There was a Dad trying to get food 2 minutes b4 closing! The poor employees we’re mopping up JUST TRYING TO GO HOME! They told him hit the drive through & helped him out! TALK ABOUT SERVICE! GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE NOW! Whooo hooo

The workers threw a fit because I asked for water. What kind of customer service is this? The worker didn’t even look at me when he talked. And after a minute of negotiations he gave me 4 cups of water when I asked for 6 because I was with my family. Come to find out, he put his own hair and he SPIT on my water. If this man does not get fired by the end of the day KFC will lose a loyal returning everyday customer.
