Food was ok. Spicy chicken sandwich is not very spicy but I know it’s a matter of opinion. I saw an ad for a 5 dollar bowl. The person at the counter didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and pointed to a combo for almost 9 bucks. After I got my order I noticed that what I wanted was on the window. A two for 10 offer. Ok, but she couldn’t point that out? I will say that she was polite.

They didn’t have breasts or chicken wings.. had to cook.. I was willing to wait. This was a treat for me. I wanted what I wanted. Got my meal and this KFC add 2 more pieces of chicken because I had to wait. Yum. Very thoughtful and kind of them.

Walked in place my order seen a girl eating on The line and still serving food with the same hand she had the roll in. Guess it’s okay cause the manager didn’t say anything. I won’t be going back after that.

Very Disappointed in KFC LAKESIDE! I ORDERED $30 worth of food and got these puny chicken legs and wings the size of an appetizer! And the managers response was we don’t use steroids in our chickens. I’ve been getting KFC for many years I’ve never seen chicken legs and chicken wings that small unless it was for an appetizer not a dinner and no sympathy they didn’t give us any receipt we called them the manager said she pulled up the order and said well they made a little mistake on the fries and they gave us a large fries instead of small because they said the the speaker wasn’t working. So instead of this being a dinner to feed a family of three it’s basically an appetizer customer service very bad won’t be going there again could have got a big pizza for that much money and would have filled our bellies!
