I have been here for only 30 mins. and in that time they have earned their 1 star. When first arriving 3 of 5 employees working were outside. They place looks closed and empty. We proceeded to ask if they were open one employee said yes and ran back inside while we got in the other two walked back in. When ordering customer service was great but once I got my food my chicken was soggy and definitely not crispy. I have never seen kfc chicken like this honestly gross. I went to ask about getting a different batch and waited at the front counter for about 2-3 mins for someone to notice me while they were in the far end continuing the conversation from outside. Once someone noticed me the newbie was sent to assist me. She was sweet and understood my concern. My chicken was refried and handed back. Below you can see what I was handed to eat. Gravy & Mac and cheese was cold, cold slaw was the worst I’ve ever had. I wanted to ask for my money back but I didn’t the girl assisting me to get the short end of the stick. She is the only one I see doing any sort of work around here. Never coming back.

Ok so i did go at what would be considered dinner rush so i didnt mind when they said it would take extra 12 mins for them to cook more chicken. When i got home i found they had forgotten one of my sides. I called and they said whats my reciept number, they didnt give me one. She looked up the order i placed. Yep you did order coleslaw. Then preceeded to say next time you come we’ll give you one. I sat down to eat and found the chicken leg meat was not cooked all the way. 33.00 dollars down the sink. Won’t be going back. Dont waste you money go somewhere else.

Double checked that my order was correct and they still forgot to add one of the meals and my sons fries. I should have double checked the bag before driving away. My husband drove back to reorder our missing meal and it took 20 minutes to get the chicken sandwich, which was overly salty.

Went to this KFC recently, and I was amazed how quick they were able to get that long line to pass through fairly quickly the store manager there I believe her name was Amber was amazing and had such great customer service. She was able to accommodate us with our humongous order pretty quickly without missing anything on our order I was very impressed with the way she works and how she handles her customers and employees I would go out of my way to go to this KFC again because of her.

Not a huge fan of having my time wasted. Yesterday I walked to the kfc on woodside in lakeside. I had my order all set up through online. Go to hit pay when I get there to make sure tenders are fresh etc. It than says not available online for that location. But it didn’t say that before I walked there or when I got there. I’m disabled so walking for nothing & it being the restaurants fault is frustrating by itself. Than having employees say try resetting your app & make excuses is worse. And Didn’t work. Wouldn’t even let me select that store now. They than say they are charging the stores wifi or something so that’s probly why. That it’s happened before.

I have told this wonderful young lady that I would do a Yelp and or Google review for her… At least six to eight months ago and I forgot her name so it’s taken me this long to run back into her through the drive-thru. Her name is Taquira. She’s so friendly upbeat professional expedient. You just don’t see that too much these days. It seems like since the pandemic nobody wants to work… We know who to thank for that. However this young lady is a worker! KFC you are lucky to have her. Most drive-throughs have a person who has the personality of a paper sack but not this girl.
