The employee who took my to go order did not listen to what I was ordering. I had to repeat my order 4-5 times….. he may have been new or had something else going on. All I wanted was 1 Crispy Colonel Combo, nothing special.

We came to this KFC in Williams AZ, to pick up some dinner before going to our air B&B. When we pulled through the drive through to order, we were asked by the lady on the intercom to come inside because the register at the drive through wasn’t open. It was inconvenient because of our 2 dogs being with us so my husband had to sit inside the truck while I went in and ordered.

The cashier was wonderful. But they were concentrating on the drive thru. People who ordered after us were getting their food, and after 30 minutes, I asked how long. The man started to say they were busy until I showed the receipt. They had called the third group behind us for their order. Then they put ours together.

Probably the worst KFC we ever had. Bun was hard, so I got a replacement. This time the bun wasn’t heated, but better than a hard one. The fountain machine was only working for 5/10 types. Also it’s a combined KFC and Taco Bell, we came there for Taco Bell at 6pm but it was closed permanently with no messages saying so. A few other customers left when they heard the cashier say Taco Bell was closed. But then half an hour later, the Taco Bell boss showed up and new customers could order tacos.

Almost dissatisfied and disappointed when we have to drive an hour from flagstaff to here. Everybody there should be fired!!!! For not giving the satisfaction we all want. Really waited in the drive-thru for 30 mins just so they can forget the gravy that makes everything the best about KFC! Never coming here and anyone reading this review shouldn’t either.

One of the worst interactions I’ve ever had in a fast food establishment. We sat at the drive thru window for a fair amount of time with no acknowledgment or order. I went ahead and pulled through and decided to go inside to speed things up. We’d been traveling and decided to utilize the online menu for the Williams location and had our order figured out. We tried ordering what was available on the menu only to be told those items were not available and if we’d like them we’d have to step out and place an order to pick up later. I asked if we could just order the items on the deal and they just charge be regular price so we could get moving. I was told no we can not do that, I repeated again we’d pay regular menu prices but they clearly were not understanding of this. At this time the store manager was out from trying to handle another disgruntled customer and he stepped in and was also not taking the opportunity to listen to my order and what I was asking for. I explained we’d been driving and we’re looking to order the meal deal offered in the menu which he replied was not available at hi location. I explained we’d waited 10 + minutes I drive thru and now we’re 35 minutes in to trying to order and I just wanted to get the boys food and move on. He then replied did you order online? I replied NO! I’m here, inside trying to order food for my family. I explained what I wanted and was again asked did my wife possibly order online? At this point I was done and was asking both the cashier and manager if this was for real and proceeded to leave without ordering. In all fairness cashier was friendly and really trying to figure things out! Manager was either having an off day or just doesn’t listen well! All in all horrible interaction. I walked outside to let the boys no this was not happening but they convinced me to go back in and get them food. We all went back in, I ordered them a $20 meal special to share, again cashier was very nice. Order was taken, they asked for original recipe and biscuits. When we got the meal we got neither of those. When we approached we were told by another gentleman they didn’t have that stuff and that’s why we got what we got!! Done!!

Waited 30 minutes for food. I ordered 2 12 piece dinners. They came with a 1/2 gallon of soda each. The lids weren’t secure so they leaked all over. My biscuits were squished on top of the chicken. The bag with the 6 side dishes broke open because the bag with the gravy in it was full of soda. When that bag soaked thru and soaked the big paper which broke open and dumped its contents. The Mac and cheese landed in my cup holder.
