Fairly disappointed with the overall experience. The man taking our order was very cordial and helpful in helping us make ordering decisions that will help us save money. However they no longer serve grilled chicken and had a couple of pieces of regular chicken. They basically just had extra crispy chicken for everything and told us it would be a 20 minute wait for the regular chicken. Food was as ok as you can expect from KFC.

We came into the restraunt 20 mins before close and the staff could not be bothered to be polite or curious. When we order we were informed the loby closes in 20 min. The restraint was out of biscuits alone with several other items to included plates, forks, butter and etc. I gues I missed the part of closing where 10 pm means 9:15 or 9:30. Worst KFC ever!!!!!!

I like KFC. But the prices have gone way up. A 16-piece bucket with all the trimmings no soda was 56.00 dollars. However, they had a promo where a very large soda was included.

I do not take the time to leave reviews but I have to on this. Went to KFC in Hayden and the guy taking my order was soo rude, cut me off ” is that it” when I was trying to place my order, I tried to giggle and ask him after the 4th time he said “is that it” ‘ are you trying to get me outa here?’ He didnt respond, by then I was so uncomfy like omg this guy is rude, wanted out of here. Got to the window, no eye contact, he then opened the window and basically tossed the bag at me. I had my children with me. This guy should not be working or talking to any customers. This experience was bad, I will never go to that KFC again. Date was 4-20-23 at around 730 Pm in case you want to know who it was. Very very rude.
