This pizza dough wasn’t fully cooked!!! When I order my pizza they only put the pizza in the oven for less then a minute to heat up, my pizza wasn’t even hot and the dough wasn’t fully cooked. I’m very disappointed because the last time I came here the pizza was excellent and customer service was great! But this experience was no where near it. When I questioned the pizza they looked at me like I had 5 heads, if you want pizza from here next time tell them crispy or well done !!

We order from door dash tonight; the pizza dough was not cooked all the way the pizza was paper thin with the consistency of cardboard. Chicken wings 🙁 dry… and the garlic knots…Not; the were not cooked all the way and they looked like garlic fingers! Very disappointing we have gotten food from her through door dash a few times and have been to the location a bunch of times; NEVER has the food been this Bad! Nothing was even rised; like the dough was not ready!

I came in close to closing and just ordered rice balls and they gave me ones that were cold in the middle. Not refrigerated cold but cold like they were sitting out for while. When I took a bite I had to spit the rest out because it was sour. You can’t be serving customers old food. You don’t know the condition they are in and getting food poisoning can be detrimental. It was definitely bad cause the cheese inside was sour and I felt sick hours after eating a tiny bite. If I was pregnant I would’ve been furious, but regardless you can’t be serving old food to anyone at all.

Edit because the owner responded: I’m not taking the time out of my day for the convenience of someone who made my 71 year old grandmother sick, I’m just not going to eat here again. If more feedback was what you were looking for, we all got violently ill and I can only guess that the pizza was underbaked. Probably because the staff was overbaked, if the young man who answered the phone was any indication.

Mom and pop shop type vibe. Grabbed a few slices while I was doing laundry. They were pretty busy and I was served quickly despite that. Counter girl was very nice. The pizza was decent and I’d love to try them out again.

I ordered a medium pizza pizza for delivery and it took an hour and ten minutes to get the pizza out the door and another 15 minutes to actually deliver it. The pizza was ice cold. I had to call back to get information on my pizza’s delivery status. Very poor customer service. You have lost a repeat customer.

I’ve had good experiences with Toscos in the past, but today i was extremely disappointed. The customer service was terrible. The person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. My order was incorrect. There was salami, pepperoni, and extra stuff on my american combo. I would not recommend getting your subs from them.

OMG! The chicken wings was like rubber, the calamari had no flavor and you only get a little bit of it, I had a Burger deluxe and the burger was burnt. The pizza was good.
