When they get your order correct you are good. But they like to naturally assume people want the spicy version of an order and even when you tell them multiple times not spicy…that still means spicy…..

Has potential to be good but with the last few times I’ve gone, they have failed terribly to make an order correct. Mostly small things like making a mistake on spicy chicken being a regular chicken sandwhich to things like no fries with a meal.

They were out of X crispy, asked for original, out of that too. Would be 25 minutes before available… lol. So settled my 8 piece with 2 breasts original, 1 thigh bbq, 1 wing and 4 strips. .

Not the same tenders they used to serve. These were bookmark-sized flat, rectangular strips of dry, overcooked jerky-like, breaded chicken. Not the naturally shaped, plump juicy tenders I’ve had before. If it’s a new recipe, please change it back!

I always enjoyed the KFC in Gillette until today.I ordered the 8-piece bucket mashed potatoes and gravy coleslaw mac a o cheese since they didn’t have biscuits on April 23rd at 3:30 Everything except the coleslaw was awful. The chicken stunk. My rule is one year before going back but in this case it will be two years

This is one of the worst KFC we have ever visited, the chicken was way over cooked and the coleslaw was really dry. We have eaten there for years when we come here but we won’t be eating there again.

I ordered a KFC bowl and it did not taste anything the way it used to It just was not good I don’t know how to describe it but it did not I’ve gotten them for years and this one does not taste anything like how they used to taste.
