I have been here 4 times. Only once I had a good experience, today it was 8:30pm they have it posted they close at 10pm they refused to make new items they were out of, so apparently they close at 8:45pm or stop working at 8:30pm. The girl at the counter literally said you want me to cook biscuits for 15 minutes, we were ordering the 16 piece chicken family meal, after we wanted 20 biscuits, they didn’t have any chicken, we are done with these lazy people hopefully KFC closes down soon.

Incredibly rude service and “fake” closing 1.5 hours early
“I arrived at 8:30 PM (90 minutes before their 10 PM close) and was met with immediate hostility. When I tried to order a 16-piece family meal, the employee interrupted me, snapped ‘I’m not making that,’ and lied saying they were out of all chicken. I was literally looking at two trays of fresh chicken and seven biscuits while she told me they had ‘nothing.’
When I pointed out the biscuits, she gave me massive attitude, asking, ‘You seriously want me to make 12 biscuits? Really!’ I shouldn’t have to justify ordering food at a restaurant that is still open. The fryers were already drained of oil 1.5 hours before closing. We ended up leaving without food because of her appalling attitude. If you don’t want to work, don’t work in customer service. Avoid this location; they clearly don’t want your business.”

I had a very disappointing experience at the KFC drive-thru in Gillette. The workers were extremely rude, short, and unprofessional for no reason. I was polite and respectful the entire time, yet I was treated with an attitude that was completely unnecessary.
Being spoken to rudely at a drive-thru is frustrating enough, but the way they talked to my beautiful self was especially uncalled for. Customer service should be basic courtesy, and that was clearly missing during this visit.
This experience makes me hesitant to return, and I hope management addresses the behavior of the staff so other customers don’t have to deal with the same treatment.

I haven’t had KFC in a year. (None in my town) I specifically stopped here to take KFC home while traveling. Of the 4 things i ordered, 2 were wrong. I didnt realize until I was home 2 hours away. I’m very disappointed that my order was so wrong.

It was not busy which surprised me because the food was literally”Finger Licking Good.”. The flavors were fantastic and the employees were so wonderful. I will be going back to this KFC! FYI the bathrooms were clean too!

Online order $20 Fill-up Box. The nuggets were way overcooked! Dried out and so crispy we couldn’t eat them. The bone in chicken was good, and so were the biscuits. They apparently couldn’t read my online order because they didn’t get my 4 dipping sauces right.

the pot pie had 2 pieces of meat. The tenders were approximately 3/4 inch in size, in other words too small! very dissatisfied. Go back to making good food and charge more! we were only ones in the restaurant. the young workers had not cleaned off tables, food on the floor, soda area all messy…disappointed.

This is one of the worst KFC we have ever visited, the chicken was way over cooked and the coleslaw was really dry. We have eaten there for years when we come here but we won’t be eating there again.
