“I arrived at 8:30 PM (90 minutes before their 10 PM close) and was met with immediate hostility. When I tried to order a 16-piece family meal, the employee interrupted me, snapped ‘I’m not making that,’ and lied saying they were out of all chicken. I was literally looking at two trays of fresh chicken and seven biscuits while she told me they had ‘nothing.’
When I pointed out the biscuits, she gave me massive attitude, asking, ‘You seriously want me to make 12 biscuits? Really!’ I shouldn’t have to justify ordering food at a restaurant that is still open. The fryers were already drained of oil 1.5 hours before closing. We ended up leaving without food because of her appalling attitude. If you don’t want to work, don’t work in customer service. Avoid this location; they clearly don’t want your business.”
Being spoken to rudely at a drive-thru is frustrating enough, but the way they talked to my beautiful self was especially uncalled for. Customer service should be basic courtesy, and that was clearly missing during this visit.
This experience makes me hesitant to return, and I hope management addresses the behavior of the staff so other customers don’t have to deal with the same treatment.
