Just stopped here for my first time. Let me tell you, as soon as I entered, Jordan and both Justins were on it with greeting me and customer service. They made sure their equipment worked for me but also guided me through their food. I was looking at a menu and couldn’t find something and Justin was able to list off all the meats for me. And it came to sauces. Jordan assisted me in trying a sauce but also explaining which sauces were good and what taste good without other things. They not only knew what they were selling and what was good with it but they also started a great conversation as I was ordering. So it felt very natural and casual. Jordan and Justin really made sure that I had a good experience and that I was set up well for my food! They definitely deserve some praise. These were genuinely good guys. I definitely want to come back here (specifically this location ) even if I’m from Columbus haha.

I was hesitant to order on-line from the restaurant because usually I have to guide the associate how to make my bowl, but this bowl was full and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be using the app and eating at Hot Heads more often.

I hate doing bad reviews, but unfortunately, this one needs it. The food was not good at all. Actually, it made me sick to my stomach. The .men’s bathroom was terrible. Place was just not clean at all. The table we sat at felt like it was falling apart. If this is a corporate store, I would say it needs a visit and inspection. It was my first and last time to eat there!!!

My first time into Hot Head. Pork Verde for me and it was delicious. Exactly the right amount of food for a meal. The young men running the show were all taking care of business while I was ate in, impressive. Not often you get checked on while eating fast food which was nice for a change. This type of experience can be repeated only if it happens once. Today, many businesses suffer from quality of service. You will not have that issue here. I’m a regular visitor to the area and we repeat eating with these good people with great food.

8/30 Approximately 7:00 PM: My recommendation is don’t go here. They give the hothead franchise a bad name. Staff are annoyed at your presence. They were completely confused when I asked for a keto chicken bowl, and they didn’t understand why I didn’t rice or beans. At the end of this overpriced transaction for, 1/2 cup of diced chicken, lettuce, and some less than appetizing looking, “Fajita veggies,” I was not offered a receipt.
