lady there was a little serious and a little demanding. Maybe just be a little bit nicer that’s all to the customer. The interaction with other co-workers was good. I didn’t have any personal issue. It was just an observation. I went during a slow unbusy time after 2pm.

The food and service were good. My only complaint was that the honey sauce was made of 7% honey and about 12 other ingredients. I’d rather pay a bit extra for real honey.

Dirty booths! When we first arrived, the two young men behind the counter were not wearing gloves. A third man arrived at , he eventually put on gloves. The others still didn’t put on gloves and ONE GUY JUST ATE OUT OF THE FRENCH FRIES. GROSS

Stopped by today to grab some drive-thru sandwiches, but the experience was really confusing. As I pulled up, the automated system greeted me with, “What can I get for you?” I said I needed a moment, checked the menu, and then started ordering — only to get complete silence in return.

Thinking the staff might be busy, I moved ahead to the window, but no one was there. I even called the store and it went straight to voicemail. When I drove around to the front, I finally realized the restaurant was closed.

Cars before and after me went through the exact same thing. If the place is closed, they should update the hours online or at least disable the automated voice so customers aren’t left waiting and confused.

We picked this in a town a few hours away from our home coming back from a trip for our dinner. It was good classic KFC. The chicken strips Reheated well and they even remembered the honey and butter for the biscuits.

Visited today for drive-thru sandwiches, and to my surprise, I ended up waiting a long time at the order station. As I pulled up, a voice said, “What can I get for you?” I replied, “Just a minute,” checked the menu board, and then started to place my order — but there was no response.

I waited and repeated few times, thinking maybe the staff stepped away for a moment, then moved forward to the window to check. No one was there. I waited another couple of minutes, even tried calling the store, but it went straight to voicemail. When I finally drove up to the front, I realized the place was actually closed.

The same thing happened to the cars in front of me and behind me. It’s definitely the store’s responsibility to update their hours on maps/apps to avoid this confusion.

2024-09-27 Happens too many times.. I order the 10 piece thigh/leg bucket. I *ALWAYS* ask them to be sure I only get thighs/legs. Too often I end up with 1 or more breasts in the bucket.

Sigh… my last order had 1 breast in the bucket of “thighs/legs”.

I rarely go to KFC anymore due to this issue, even after specifically asking, they get it wrong too many times to count. My family consumes all 10 pieces and as the head of household… I get the breast and like always I threw it away.

How hard can it be to pay attention and select only thighs and legs?

First was told in drive through there was a wait for chicken. I asked how long and she responded “for what” i said for the chicken. She said “hold on” then came back and said no wait. Took my order I pulled up and paid the she told me to pull around and my order would be brought out toe. I sat waiting for 10 minutes before going inside only to find out she lied toe and there was going to be another 15 minute wait. Needless to say I was not happy
Ended up waiting 25 more minutes inside because the wouldn’t give me a refund so I could go somewhere else. No apology from any of there staff or anything to try to make up for their incompetence.

Went there had to wait about 15 minutes for somebody to help us. The food was not all that and you pay all this money for a small portion and no specials not worth going here anymore. This place is gone downhill. Got the potatoes they were good but half portion.
