No sauce, no fork with Mexican pizza. Only 3 choices of sauce for nuggets. Nuggets were tiny, over cooked bits of chicken hard as rocks. French fries were very over cooked dark brown and cold. Never again. Truly awful and not worth $21.15. Man running the window was not friendly or welcoming. They clearly don’t care if they stay in business.

Under cooked chicken! Expired coleslaw and dried up Mashup potatoes.. one meal almost cost me $37 dollars and the cashier didnt even looked twice until I have to reconfirm the meal order. This is my last time visiting this KFC location. Very poor service, ugly food, and high priced. Food inspector needs to visit this location and read our reviews.

This has got to be the worst KFC in the country. They definitely need to just shut this store down because they are not giving them a good name. Their food is extremely overcooked. I came here two days in a row because I was working here out of town and there is not much to eat in this town after hours so I came in tired I ordered lunch and my lunch was overcooked so I figured let me try dinner and give them the benefit of the doubt I come back for dinner I wait 15 minutes for chicken wings to be fresh. I received my chicken wings. They’re extremely overcooked. I let them know that they were overcooked and I did not want them and I just wanted my money back because this is the second meal that I had here that was overcooked. The guy at the front counter gave me an attitude while the other worker in the back was making throw up sounds. He was preparing food after picking up trash off the ground with no gloves. It is just a disgusting store. I would recommend you go and just eat at the A&W next door where they are clean.

You can’t come here at all, because none of their chicken is fresh, it’s all expired. They need to send someone here to check it. If you still need your health, don’t eat the chicken. I felt sick eating it.

I ordered an 8 piece bucket. I was told that there was no longer any chicken breast so I agreed to have them replaced with thighs. When I got home, the chicken was not properly cooked. There was still blood in some of the pieces. The cashier did not follow through with what was discussed with regard to the replacement for the breasts. I received a thigh and a leg as a replacement. The restaurant did not appear clean as well. Would not recommend this location at all.

Place was dirty, service was poor, my dad and I passed by here and we ordered a simple quesadilla. That means it’s supposed to be chicken and cheese in a tortilla that’s cooked, instead we got two bean burritos that were lukewarm warm like they were left out for a while. Gas station probably would’ve been better

Pricing at this location is utterly insane, 100% increase over many locations. Top it off with waiting over 20 minutes for an order with no one in store and didn’t even give me my drink, i forgot and noticed once i was done eating I’d become so frustrated by the wait.

DISGUSTING: Chicken (8 pcs) (3 combos) all had feathers still attached to them, were battered and fried that way. The coleslaw was warm and the biscuits were so dry they crumbled. Nothing was in KFC containers or boxes, it was served in a hefty brand 3 section foam container. When I went back into the store to return it I was told by the manager that they don’t have control over the feathers, as if that was supposed to stop me from returning the disgusting food I just paid $43.00 for. I didn’t have enough hands to bring the drinks back in with me and she wanted me to go get them or she was going to charge me for them. I understand that they should also be returned, but no need to be snotty about it, overall your customer service etiquette should have just said to keep them for the troubles. As a store, you do have control over what you get, if it’s not the expected quality then complain up the chain because that is not the quality expected for the prices paid. Honestly, how can you serve deep fried chicken feathers to customers and think that’s ok???
