All around this place deserves a one star from me. My fiance went inside just to get a large cup for an ice water for our dogs. She was offered a tiny bowl. My fiance did explain we have 3 big dogs so she again politely asked for a large cup for ice water. If the managers are the ones that wear almost like a grayish top then this manager here proceeded to grab a large cup and slammed it on the counter and walked off. Then when another gentleman walked in as my fiance was getting water he asked for the status of a delivery order and she said very rudely you’re going to need to wait and again walked off.

Ordered a family meal. Just tenders, 2 sides extra biscuits. Get my order, its wrong which is easily fixed. I walk in and say, hey I Ordered regular tenders not the honey bbq, and I take the tenders out and hand them to the cashier. He say no keep them they cant reuse them anyways, I say “you sure?” Hey says yeah. I let him know I missing the extra biscuits I ordered. So they fix the order. Idk if it was the manager, but she was rude, gave me what I originally ordered and then said I need the other tenders back, I said sure no issue, she then takes them turns around and tosses them in the trash. I said are you for real? She just walks away. I offered to return them from the start, she’s didn’t have to be rude about it. The way the world is now with people going hungry, thats crazy work.

I hate coming here and only do it because my kids ask me too. The place is immaculate and empty, the servers are friendly. It’s just so slow. Items are frequently forgotten. If you have any special requests, do not leave or move away from the window until you check it for yourself.

So I deliver with Doordash. If you can avoid ordering from here, do it. It takes 20 minutes just to tell them I’m picking up an order. All they pay attention to is the drive thru. I literally had customers walking out after they ordered their food. They said it ain’t worth it and just went to McDonald’s. I mean literally the worst place to order food from and their lobby is empty. 0 customers there so no idea why they schedule 17 people to cover a shift yet the productivity is like the last minute on the Titanic. GOING UNDER! I am writing this while waiting to even speak with someone. So if my message is long you can imagine how long I am waiting. It’s ridiculously slow. McDonald’s figured it out you are in about 3 minutes. I deliver from there 5 x a day. KFC everyone avoiding it unless the money is worth it. And guess what it still hardly makes profit. Gosh I hate this place and everyone has the same opinion.

Horrible service girl would not come out from back and said, we don’t have register so you need to go through drive thru. Another nice young worker came to front to help and the other one snapped at her “NO we don’t have a drawer in that register!” She was snappy and kurt with demeanor of we don’t need business this kind of attitude should be shut down fast. Solutions should be the name of the game like you could order on the app and it would be ready quickly for you.
