Came in for a dinner order everything was fresh and hot. Ready for pick up time. The only down fall was I ordered honey bbq wings. Got home to find unsauced. The team was very prompt on correcting the order. The young man in drive thru was very friendly and approachable along with who I assume was the manager. Always come to this location since it’s close to my home. Will keep coming back because we all make mistakes.

This was a very nice and pleasant experience. I havent been to KFC in a long time due to declining quality and just too much money. My mother loves KFC so I had to suck it up and buy some. The store was clean, the staff was very very helpful and friendly, the manager super guy, good fresh, just was really a great experience, will be back.

How do you give somebody some burnt biscuits half of their order and you charge them a lot of money first of all my chicken and my bread is so overdone it is ridiculous. This is not the type of service we was looking for these biscuits are so stale and so old it is ridiculous like they’ve been sitting out since lunchtime and you just gave them to whoever order. This is ridiculous. This is not what people pay for bad customer service will never be here again.

Smelled some good fried chicken while walking to the bus stop, so we decided to pop in for a couple of pieces and the gentleman with the collared shirt who took our order was super polite and even tried to get us the best deal for what we wanted. Food was ready pretty quickly and it was a nice little unexpected sit down. I’m usually pretty picky about fast food/dining in at fast food joints but this was a nice lil experience.

This location is absolutely disgusting while I was waiting for my food. I watched an employee blow their nose and go back to making food another one constantly on the phone while making food nobody was wearing gloves and nobody had any hairnets on the employees are Filthy here and very unsanitary, and once I seen this, I instantly wanted my order canceled They were looking crazy after I asked for my order to be canceled like they couldn’t do it so I left the food there and called my bank to dispute the charge. I’ll never go back to this nasty location ever again.

Drive thru man, you’re amazing! Thank you.
Went through drive thru, man on the speaker greeted promptly and nicely. We needed a moment to finish looking. After a few, he came back on the box asking to help or answer questions, not in a rushy way.
Get to the pay window, idk his name, drive thru man was awesome. Hands down the best person we experienced there. Smiley, friendly, we got the sense he wanted to help (even tracked down the box of sauce so we’d have the one asked for)
Upon leaving we realized a kids hamburger was missing. We parked, go inside to be snapped at by the “manager” scolding about the receipt, unfortunately we didn’t get the receipt from drive thru man. There lies the first among many problems, what manager starts off with an attitude and implies you’re trying to steal a kids hamburger. Not even a meal, not even with cheese. Guess who saves the day! Drive thru man, again very friendly, very smiley, and very apologetic. He had a kids meal made in a few moments.
Annoying but not terrible, things happen we understand that.
Upon getting home to eat though, I can’t even put into words how disappointing the food was. The pictures should provide the situation.
Chicken little: a $4 “chicken sandwich” the chicken was 1/4 inch thick and beyond dry. More mayo was on the bun and wrapper than the sandwich, also missing the pickle/pickles.
The kids hamburger was also extremely thin (yes, most all places are as well) but this was also very dry. Maybe due to the rush of remaking, or it was the same sandwich we missed the first time.
French fries, both the original and the new kids meal fries were cold, like half ice cold or feeling of under cooked.
Chicken meal was pretty okay, chicken was cooked, seasoned and crispy. Bun was ehh,
Mashed potatoes were lacking, both with flavor and appeal, 1 scoop of potatoes while swimming in gravy.
After spending $25 and 12 minutes from start of the speaker to walking out of the store with the missing foods. Was over all a mediocre and distasteful experience.
Drive thru man was 5 stars, if he wasn’t there we would have been more disappointed and distraught.
