Went through drive-thru ordered a pot pie, two famous bowls, large coleslaw and large potatoe wedges. They handed me the single bag I asked if this was everything drive-through person and the person that handed me the order said yes. We were missing both famous bowls and the large wedges weren’t even half full! They all need to be trained on portion sizes and reading, making n serving correctly!! Disappointed for sure.

I tried this place multiple times as it right next to me but honestly, this last time is the last straw. Every single time. Every single time I go through this drive through, they somehow forget something. No joke. Not only that, but they ARE WAY MORE EXPENSIVE than the other KFCs. Go ahead and look at their 12 piece family meal. It is $50. The other KFCs in the area are $10 cheaper (20% cheaper than them). Why? Who knows. I guess they feel like they can charge more. Rather drive to the other nearest KFC than deal with them again.

This is my go to spot even though its not the closest. This one is paired w A&W and they staff are always so sweet. I usually get at least 1 more sauce than i order and my famous bowls are never lacking any ingredient. Yall trippin going to a KFC expecting a high quality meal and really can just make your own fried chicken if you dint want fast food ♀️ i love this location!

So this place is a joke! The drive through girl was very rude and unknowledgeable to begin with! Then my husband ordered a bowl in which after he was informed there was no corn for it . The very worst part of all is I got charged $16 for 6 chicken strips that look and tasted like old rubber door stops!
Ok, so I go back to complain about my cold, gross if you wanna call them chicken strips and the so called child manager JESS wants to get smart with me about the situation! She was the rudest little girl that I have ever dealt with at a fast food establishment! Serenity; the girl on the front register was very helpful and sweet though! I will be calling the general manager on this situation! I will NEVER eat there again AND I will post on any and every social media about this poor quality food and horrid little girl employee KFC!

This place has to have the dumbest employees. Doordash keeps selecting this location when we order from door dash and three times in a row our order is incorrect. This time we didn’t get our gravy with the mashed potatoes, we were short 1 tender and 1 bone in chicken and they forgot all the sauces that we selected. Fast food is so simple and they have failed 3 out of 3 times so I found out how to pick a different location and will never go here again. I suggest you do the same.

Today, my wife and I were sitting trying to decide on a quick lunch. We considered our local options and landed on KFC. Looked online in order to make ordering easier. Found what looked like a pretty good deal on a five piece combo. I took off for nearest location, went inside and tried to place my order. The very nice young woman behind the counter informed me that was an online special only. She told me about other options that were similar, except for one thing …….. they were way more expensive. I walked out, went to Popeyes with a simple paper coupon and ordered a perfectly good lunch at a very reasonable price.
I am certain that the marketing and accounting departments insist that these things will all enhance revenue. That might be true, but none of that revenue will be coming from me. Whenever I find myself thinking about getting a meal KFC will absolutely not be considered a possible option.

Worst experience! Took forever then got home my order was wrong and then i call and no one answers the phone. The guy at the counter told me basically that id have to deal with it and take the loss. So in my experience its not worth it nor should this place be operating with the staff they have employed.
