This was the most absolutely horrible food I’ve ever had eating out. It was disgusting and I feel sorry for the on duty manager. This store has the worst employees. I had a very simple order, small Oreo and Reese’s blizzard had to be made twice because it was completely wrong. The kitchen workers took 20 minutes to make a 4 piece chicken strip meal, and it was all cold!!! Terrible terrible terrible and there’s a reason why I haven’t been here for over 5 years and I think this experience has made this my last trip to ever go to DQ. Almost $18 for the absolutely worst food and I will be writing a Google review to let others know to stay clear of this establishment. You can do better.

VERY long wait for a drive-through, even if you are the only customer there. Much more expensive than fast food should be… Cold fries, small drinks.. but the burger was pretty decent which earned them a star. Feel like they could have better options than a Ranch dressing burger (lol) & a flamethrower burger though. Maybe a mushroom Swiss would be a good addition. They have tasty beef is all I can really say positive. Coke was 50% ice and not great coke at that, a medium was like a mini can

This is truly the slowest Dairy Queen I’ve ever went to with pretty bad customer service. When you go through the drive thru, they normally don’t acknowledge you at the speaker until you say “hello, hello?” a couple times. Once you place your order, expect to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for your order, even if there is only one car in front of you. I truly don’t know what takes so long and you’re never offered an apology for the long wait. I’ve seen the employees (usually teenagers) through the drive thru window talking, on their phone, and generally not seeming to be paying attention to customers or actually working. I will give them credit that the food is usually fresh and tasty, but I wish we’d be given some explanation or apology for the insane wait times.

I got a chocolate dipped cone and it looked dilapidated. The ice cream completely fell off the cone and imploded. I had to throw it out the window on the highway. I will never come here again. This is located in tim buck too please dont come here the ice cream ruined my pants and my day. It looked like a piece of poop on a cone. No twist. Not sure how they even got hired at an ice cream place.

Ordered a large blizzard, cost $7.00. I thought it was weird that the employee didnt turn it upside down when he gave it to me, as they always do that at dairy queen. Once I started to eat it I understood why. It was a runny mess on the top half of the cup, I could have drank it, if not for the fact that all the mix is where on top, because the bottom half was a solid chunk of un mixed vanilla ice cream. It was absolutely terrible and I ended up throwing it out. Only wish I would have noticed before I left.
If they dont turn it upside down, dont take it. He knew it was garbage, and thats why he didnt turn it, and gave it to me anyway.
Never going back to that location!

This place is fit to be closed. 30+ min experience for 4 (ordered 5) ice cream items in the drive thru. Ordered, read it back, had it right. Go forward, wait 10+ min for 1 vehicle in front of us. Get to the window, charged us for the car behind us, possibly an honest mistake. Sat long enough to get their attention to inform they had things wrong. Another employee comes briefly to try to figure things out, takes card and reportedly has things reversed. We’re 20min in, still nothing through the window. Two items come. In a very confused manner ask if we had wanted whipped cream on one of the items (should have cut losses and said no), but we had asked for it. Chaos ensues because apparently no whipped cream is anywhere in the front of house. We get the third item. Kid looks confused, but looks around inside and hands us a fourth item… We wait, he reopens the window and we ask for the 5th ice cream. Window closes, chaos ensues… 2min latr the window opens asking us for another ~$5… I’m so shocked by now that I may have gone viral with my words and mannerisms, but the ineptitude, time spent, and line of cars behind us didn’t deserve to be held up any more. God only knows what the folks behind us endured after.
TL:DR never go here. We’re patient people, but this is beyond reproach and in hindsight, I think they were legitimately trying to charge us too much and cheat us.

Waited in lobby for 10 minutes with no other customers. While I was waiting, I overheard a guy yelling and cursing I believe at a female coworker. Completely unprofessional atmosphere and the food was god awful as well. Wouldn’t recommend feeding this even to a dog. Overall experience, the 0/10, but sadly I can’t rate it that low.

Place opens at 10:30am, walked in at 10:50am to employees laying down in the booths sleeping. Looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned from the previous shift, food crumbs still on the tables and floor. Food was ok at best. Won’t be back

Waited 15 mins to be seen by one of the cooks and then waited another 10 mins for a front line worker to come to the window. Come to find out half of the menu items they dont sell so they dont have an updated menu. I would suggest going to the next town for DQ. Unless you want to spend 30 mins at an empty DQ Eudoras DQ is worthless.

Had the chicken strips, meal was barely warm. Staff was snotty kids who gave me two packets of ketchup for two people, one each. The guy wearing gloves handling the money also handles the front in the drive thru. It’s like they have no idea about safe food handling during covid 19. Don’t go here, read the rest of the bad reviews.
