The food was decent and about average. But the price was far too high for the portion size. The service though is where they are in desperate need. Never got my drink, they charge extea for credit card but dont tell you, and the atmosphere was depressing. If in a rush, this place is acceptable, but if you have time or options there are far better places for the price point.

Perfect spot to grab authentic Thai food. The sum tom was terrific and super spicy. All the food we order were very flavorful. A bit pricey, but its worth a stop. We took a lime ride from double tree and took us 5 minutes.
Don’t drink the water please. The wait staff will serve water while putting his fingers and hand all over the rim. If you do drink the water please ask for straws. This is the only set back.
Food was amazing.
Location:easy to find.

Overall, I recommend this eatery for all your Thai fixes. Just don’t drink the water served by the waitstaff.

Place looks the same visiting this place after 6-8 years, dishes taste good but you can tell that the chef has changed and a bit different.. fried wontons were the one that definitely gave it away chef could not wrap the meets inside as seen her … so maybe a miss … but the taste is still good.

Fresh and made to order. Delicious food and reasonable prices. The Thom Kah, spring rolls, gyozas, rangoons, and the Bruce Noodles were all delicious. Shared with 2 friends so that we could try a bunch of items. Phenomenal food.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, and I was shocked that the place was so empty, but Bangkok Kitchen is a great place to get a taste of Thailand. The meal was absolutely delicious. We had the crab rangoons, chicken pad thai, and drunk en noodles. The food came out quick. The entire meal for two of us was just around $30.

Excellent prices. Good food. Average portions. Great flavor. I’d recommend!
2024 edit: prices have gone up. Thanks, Bidenomics. Food is still great! I still come about everytime I’m in town. They’ve added a sushi menu.

My favorite thai restaurant in the area. They just know how to season their food right with the right spices and their food has the right kick without being sweet and Americanized.
Pad thai is good and there are so many dishes worth trying here.

Authentic Thai Food in downtown Omaha! I was craving Thai food and found Bangkok Kitchen on an internet search. I walked the one mile to eat here from my hotel, and it was worth it. They offer spice levels 1-10, and I enjoyed a 5 on both the Pad Se-ew and the Tom Kah Chicken Soup. The soup definitely had more heat than the noodles.
The seating area was empty as it was a Tuesday night, but there were two others at tables. The service was attentive and my water glass was always full. I enjoyed the food very much and will definitely be back when I am in Omaha.

We have tried many Thai places in the U.S. Our favorite is in a small town in Manhattan, KS. This was our second favorite! Delicious Pad See Ew and Red curry (we are picky about our noodles). The atmosphere is clean and cozy with fun plants at the entrance. Must try!

Good food, simple decor. Took awhile to get menus etc. The Thai tea is to die for… could be addictive
I had chicken pad thai. The noodles were thin type. You are asked spice level… 0 – 10. Tasty. My family had Ginger chicken & Sweet and Sour w/ fried tofu. The fresh spring rolls were light & filled with lettuce and veggies. 3 rolls cut in half easy to share. The dipping sauce was a delicious sweet chili type.
