Worst KFC in West Texas..ordered an online order which was not ready at est time for pick up..no shocker there but when my wife asked when the order will be ready she was told “when we get to it”. We then requested a refund and were told that I have to go online and do it that way because they can’t refund me at the store..I have been on the phone two different times trying to get a live person to file my grievance but no one will answer..feels like I’ve been scammed. I will never eat here again and advise you to think twice… Churches chicken is right down the road.

This is the worst kfc I have ever been to, the food was cooked in old grease and they got my order all wrong then when I asked for a refund the manager told me she not doing it and told me to call corporate, so I asked her for the number and she told me she dont have it and said to Google it. So kfc got most of my food and all of my money that day and I will never go back there again.
