I went to KFC tonight & was very disappointed in the food quality and service ordered 5 fill up boxes & I wanted them all extra crispy the lady on the drive-thru said they’re out of chicken I told her I would wait she said that they already turned off the fryers it was 7:05pm they close at 10pm I said it’s fine she was rude at the window if she doesn’t like her job she needs to find her another one When I got home the size of my chicken legs were smaller than my salt shaker I didn’t get a discount on my food so I’d appreciate if they would give me a real normal size chicken leg not a chicken drumette, Also they forgot my cookies in my boxes So I had no dessert to eat The next time I decide I want to eat chicken I will drive to Lubbock and go to church’s chicken at least they give me full size chicken & is cheaper and the customer service is alot better. Here is picture of my chicken and my recipe. I hope the manager & District manager address the problem asap. The way the cost of everything is going up people are not going to want to eat here they’d rather choose to eat somewhere else where they get good quality food and service for the price they’re going to pay…
Had my daughter pick me up a number 1 today 10/10/2023 food was old and very under size I guess it shrank do to being under heat lamp this is ridiculous come on kfc employees if you would eat it don’t serve it common sense….
Keep this up and slim chicken will wipe ya’ll out .. here ar pictures of my food today my biscuits was bigger than the thigh what a joke

We had mobile order. Upon reaching attendant at drive up window we have to verify our order by stating what we ordered. They tell us to drive over to wait on other side of building for our order. This caused us to have to drive all the way around the block. Then the potato wedges were so thin closer to potato chips. There was no one in line behind us we could have just waited there! Just ridiculous!!

Order through drive through they left so of my order out. Went back took the bag to show them with receipt. GM in back ground very rude and saying she put the fries in bag. Why would I lie about my $46 order . Go very rude with staff also. Not recommended this restaurant with that kind of service

From the time we pulled up to the drive thru we was rushed the whole time. The lady taking out order acted like she was in such a hurry she keep saying anything else after everything like it was so much food. We was trying to figure out what we wanted an I wanted chicken strips and it’s like she made up my mind on I wanted for me she was in to big of a hurry I get you close at 10:00 an my family an I place a order at 9:44 but still I get it I worked in food service as well an as long as the lights are on we still served with a smile we didn’t rush our customers they were the ones who made our paychecks. So next time Roberta which was our cashiers name and the one who took our order please be more patient with your customer. I will never go back to the KFC in Levelland Tx

Would rate 0 for the attitude and incompetence they had with me. I understand if the mobile orders mess up but you don’t have to have attitude and turn me away even when I spend money on an order that they are gonna say no to. The person in charge was the worst being very snarky and acting like a know it all. I also didnt respect the fact that they were talking shit the entire time making the order and then walked away all rude after giving me an incomplete meal.

We had hoped when KFC was closed because of mismanagement and unhealthy practices. Since they re-opened, we have attempted to get a decent meal three times. Today was the last attempt as they were not prepared. Employees are not concerned with perviding food. I suggest that the franchise owner/ management spends more time at the store.
