There were tons of great options for shakes. We tried the cookie brownie fudge and cookie dough fudge milkshakes and both were yummy and creamy! Definitely an elevated, gourmet shake.

Delicious shakes. Excellent service. Lots of flavors and you can make your own too. They offer non dairy as well for lactose intolerance. Delicious chocolates and brownies as well. Lots of places to sit. This was so good especially during the over 100 degree weather. So worth it. I recommend.

The MilkShake Factory is a gem! We ordered the Strawberry Milkshake, Mint Chip Milkshake, and Chocolatier Milkshake—and all three were absolutely delicious. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor!
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the shop has a clean, fun atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy a treat. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for something sweet and satisfying!

I’m 8 months pregnant and all I wanted was a root beer float, tonight they used completely different ice cream than they normally do. More of a soft serve type. When I asked the employee about it she said it’s the same ice cream it’s just from the tub they use for sundaes. Why would I want sundae ice cream for my root beer float? Worst root beer float I’ve ever had. Instantly melted and that’s frustrating because if she would have used the ice cream they normally do I wouldn’t be complaining!

This place is delicious! I tried both the dairy free and regular milk shakes and they are both amazing! Thick, creamy, and great flavor. The chocolate bark is divine! It was a great treat to take home and share. Great service, clean, friendly staff, and quick! Highly recommend!

I was excited to try this place out. Everyone was really friendly and they gave free samples of the chocolate which was nice because the wait for the milkshake was much longer than expected… make sure you have some time, not a place you bop in quickly for a treat. I got the Bananas Foster shake and it was yummy!

We decided to meet some friends at The MilkShake Factory in PG. they had good ratings, but I was mostly excited that I had heard they do well with allergies. I’m celiac (gluten free) and find it challenging to find safe milkshakes.
The atmosphere is clean and well designed. Staff was very friendly. I brought my own GF Oreos in hopes they’d be able to use them to make a cookies and cream shake (my fav pre celiac). They were so kind and more than happy to help.
Our milkshakes were BOMB. I honestly had an all around excellent experience and will definitely be back!

Decent milkshake. I could tell a lot of ice cream went into it. I got vanilla because it’s my favorite flavor. Was this better than McDonalds? No. But this place had a nice area to sit and chat. Someone in my group remarked there was “too much whipped cream” so if this matters to you, get it without.
I really appreciated how this establishment had set out a water dispenser and cups because ice cream makes me thirsty and I hate when you have to pay for water. So that bumps my review up for sure.
I don’t highly recommend it or anything but the staff was friendly, the shakes are decent, and they have other little desserts to choose from.
