Came here when I had to fly to Orlando for work, service was quick fast and efficient, employees were pleasant. I ordered an omelette and a side of bacon. I don’t know if they had a lot of bacon, but a side of bacon was only $8 dollars and they gave me like 10 to 12 pieces, which I’m not complaining because it was delicious . Server kept my drinks full, water and Arnold Palmer . I will come here again if I have to fly. Ambience was very relaxed playing music like Frank Sinatra, and French Jazz.

Nice people! Food good. Nothing to write home about but decent enough. Value ok. Delicious omelette. Yummy salty roast potatoes. Avocado toast a bit soggy and underwhelming. Pancakes huge.

The bar is a great place to work if you’re stuck at the airport especially since there are outlets. A small martini for $22 with tip seems a bit outrageous, especially since it took 15 minutes to get it. The steak sandwich was a bit fatty and generally not great. The guy next to me got the cheese plate and was not impressed with it. The woman behind me got something she didn’t care for as well (heard her comments but didn’t turn around to see what she ordered). Limited options as this airport but I will definitely avoid it next time.

Woke up with very aggressive acute hives all over my legs, definitely super unfresh tuna
Need a hemo after that onion soup
Found a piece of hard plastic in my tuna tartare, they asked me if I want to get new chips? The dish was $27 dollars btw

Ordered at the bar, raspberry lemonade and the burger, burger never came out, after 40 minutes I asked about it and requested to cancel my order, within 2 mins I was brought a cold burger. I didn’t complain, just asked for some mayo, bartender said it’s not kept behind the bar, then waited another 5 mins to bring the mayo. Pretty consistently horrible on the service side. At least there’s consistency *silver lining*

I ordered a latte — presentation was nice with foam on top, but the taste was disappointing. Instead of the smooth espresso flavor, it tasted like regular filter coffee at the bottom. Not what I expected from a proper latte.

I first stopped in here while passing through during the Fall of 2021 and was quite impressed. I just went back while passing through Reagan again and was similarly impressed. The grilled salmon is excellent (2021 photo is the one without lemon; now they put lemon on)! Additional thoughts:
– They have an open kitchen so I enjoy watching them cook the meal
– The service is prompt and helpful
– You order online which was interesting to me, but ok
– ambience is good and there’s lots of seating with good views of the kitchen, the airplanes, the TV’s at the bar, etc.
UPDATE: came back through Reagan in mid-May 2024 and got the salmon again. Also got the fries, which were good. This time I got to talk to one of the head chefs throughout my meal since he checked in on how my food was. Very cool.

This place will try to scam you. Be warned. I didn’t notice it initially but thankfully the woman sitting next to me caught it. They showed me a DoorDash screen that just showed me where to put my card information in. I thought that was weird, but put it in to order my food.
My French onion soup arrived and was subpar at best. Then a woman sat next to me and ordered just a drink. She noticed something was weird because the drink was $16 on the menu but $21 on the tablet. She went back on the screen and noticed the maximum tip had been selected, 20%.
I then got my receipt and noticed they had done the same thing. I sent my food back and requested a refund. They only refunded me for my sandwich but because I tried my soup was still charged for it.
Honestly I just wanted to get out of there so I didn’t dispute it further. Beware.

I’m giving this place 4 stars by “airport standards” only. If it was outside the airport it’s definitely no higher than 2.
The biggest positive here is that you use a QR code to pull up the menu, order, and pay up-front. No hassle of waiting for someone to take your order, get it wrong, and then wait fifteen panicked minutes trying to get the check when you know your gate is about to close.
The food was okay. Burger and crab cake sandwich were fine, fries were a little sad. Food came out promptly. Our initial water glasses were not clean at all, but the wait staff brought us clean ones very quickly. The place was 90% full, but we were able to grab a table for two with no wait at 5:30 on a Wednesday evening.
Don’t expect too much (you’re at an airport) and you’ll enjoy it for what it is. I did appreciate that pretty much every table has outlets so you can charge your phone/devices.

Food is expensive but it’s in an airport so reasonable by those unreasonable standards. The calamari is tender, Frenchie burger is juicy, kale salad with salmon is exactly as described, and steak sandwich was flavorful. Service is ok but you order everything online so that detracts a bit.
