First off,my compliments to the chef who cooked on 03/10/2023! The chicken was hot,juicy,fell right off the bone plus the skin was crispy & super tasty! 10/10! The staff was absolutely pleasant! Laughing,smiles on thier faces,cutting up with eachother etc,the energy felt great & got me excited for my order. I was offered a drink as I waited for my order (I arrived before suggested pick up time by 5 minutes.) which was very thoughtful. The inside of the restaurant as well as the kitchen was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS & the cleanest that I have seen in any fast food restaurant EVER! Our meal was fresh & hot when we got home! We we’re happy to have a nice family meal together that tasted so good! I will absolutely be returning to this KFC to enjoy this experience again & again. Whoever is in charge & to the employees keep up the good work and that great energy!!

Not sure what’s happened, but the quality of the KFC in Waco has gone wayyyy down. Husband’s chicken was so dark it, and tasted like old grease, as did my chicken strips and fries. I couldn’t eat anything past the first couple of bites, but we had gone through the drive-thru and I was too tired to go back and ask for food that was cooked in last month’s oil. I will not go back, period.

Just wanted some homestyle mashed potatoes and gravy…7$ for a family size and a large drink…lol…and it tasted like they made the potatoes with dirty dishwater and the gravy looks like congealed slop not consistent at all, will never return. Inside was visibly very dirty with trash all over the floor. Where is the health dept at?

The bold head lady is rude. If you see her at the cashier, MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT. She extremely unfocused and she served me a drink with no ice twice. The 1st time it was the wrong size. Then I think she was trying to be funny by doing it again. Laugh now though

Very friendly, efficient service. The food is fresh and good. I have had bad experiences in other KFC restaurants with both food and service but never in this one. Excellent staff.

Reliability is lacking. I placed an online pickup order 4/23 and the lobby was closed mid-day. When I went to the drive through a few mins after knocking on the door, I was told to pull up and will be just a few minutes. It took over 30 mins for chicken nuggets and fries. I counted over ten cars pass me with food in hand. Don’t place an online order expecting smooth service here.

My visit was on Sunday, 5-7-2023, around 3:30 pm. The restaurant was untidy. It had sauce packets, used napkins, and trash on the counter and floors. The clerk who helped me was short, to the point and not very friendly. I told the clerk that I didn’t want the biscuit and that she can keep it for someone else because I was just going to throw it away. She insisted that “it comes with the meal” and asked me if I wanted a cookie instead. I told her, sure, ok. Well when I took my food home, there was the biscuit and no cookie. Also, they didn’t have any chicken breasts, nor green beans. The customer service and the cleanliness needs some work. This isn’t the first time that I’ve visited this KFC with the same results, so I was compelled to leave a review. Let’s hope the management will take pride in this store.

Went to order my food was over charged at drive through,was to get the 2.99 deal but instead it was 10.69 so lady cook argued with me saying we have orderes to fill so pull over I said not until I’m done.I parked went inside and gave her back what was wrong and got a refund.But to say this is to say why argue with the customers just Getto fabulous.Our people just can’t keep their mouth shut barely got a job!
