I’ve been here a few times and Ms Rosalice is very professional and courteous when answering the drive thru and not to mention her customer service during the transaction. I can tell she wants to be here and is present and not just doing a job and hurrying people. Please let her know how good of a job she’s doing and acknowledge her positive attitude as that will show her she’s doing excellent.

THIS IS THE BEST KFC I HAVE BEEN TO!
This was my first time here, and it was awesome! The decor is fantastic (check pictures), the chicken was PERFECT, and the service was superb.
This is the only KFC I have been to with a statue of the Colonel in the lobby, and you can sit next to it for pictures.
I have been to a lot of KFCs since covid, and all of them have had small chicken peices that were overcooked and had sat under a warming lamp. This chicken was FRESH and PERFECT!
This restaurant is clean and well maintained and smelled “fresh” when I walked in.
The manager is Rose Allen, and she is a wonderful person. I am sure she is a major reason this is such an awesome KFC.

We haven’t been back here in awhile because we had problems every visit. We gave it another shot – since the potato wedges are back.
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the inside looked. Our food was ready and the employee was very nice. I think we got original recipe instead of crispy, but we hadn’t been in so long we honestly weren’t sure.
It was all good and there in the quantity we ordered so we will count it as a win. 🙂

My order was wrong, And honestly, it was okay Because the service was so great by rose. We called when we got home and nicely explained that our chicken wings had no sauce on them. Rose was Apologetic, Kind, And just an overall an amazing human being. The only thing that was wrong was the sauce on the wings and she gave us a whole new order. I’ve been in the food industry for all the 10 years and it’s nice to come across someone What such great customer service.

The food has great flavor and chicken was juicy! I was going to order for take out but after walking in and seeing how nicely they decorated for Christmas I decided to stay and dine-in. It was a good decision; I had excellent service, the lady that helped me was friendly and kind, and the Christmas decorations and the music made for a good atmosphere.

I called to ask about a bucket of chicken. The guy that answered says, I can’t take your order over the phone. I didn’t ask for an order, I ask about a bucket of chicken, I couldn’t even get a cost. He was rude and abrupt. Just shows ignorance. I won’t visit KFC.

It’s rare I get to go here, but the staff is always fun to be around, the atmosphere is nice and clean, and when we use the drive through, they always like to see our dogs because the chicken nuggets are hands down the BEST.
