I received the wrong order i ordered, buy one, get 1 free.All original fizz and legs and receive crispy. delivered through DoorDash. DoorDash couldn’t help me even with photos and videos of proof! so I called the store manager named Candice. I briefly explain my experience.She said that they cannot do anything because it’s through a third party and that is incorrect.Because the food came from this store! DoorDash did not make the order.And she had a nasty attitude! And is NOT FIT TO BE A MANAGER!And I will be calling corporation.I will never spend my money here ever again. l should Have known better from the first time when I receive an order from this location of a 8 piece of chicken and there were straight oil at the bottom of the bucket!!!! And made a video about that on tiktok!And I hope this place shut down and y’all are jobless!WORST KFC EVER!DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! AVOID.

Absolutely disgusting. The fries were so hard I almost broke a tooth literally. The chicken tasted like shoe leather. They gave us the wrong drink. The famous bowls had no cheese or gravy. When I called to tell the manager she just said well there’s nothing I can do. Horrible, horrible service and food. Yuck.

I was not provided a receipt so a Google review it is. Hopefully its actually reviewed.
The food its self was eh but done timely HOWEVER, went in to pick up my order and the bag was tied in a knot so I had to break the bag open to be able to actually make sure everything was in the bag. I didnt get ranch or honey which was asked for. So proceeded to go up and ask for 7 honey for my 7 biscuits and got 3. Still no ranch?! Also asked for another plastic bag because ours was broken and was given a small paper bag. So went back up and asked for more honey and a PLASTIC BAG again and was treated like it was a huge burden for me to stand at the counter for 5-10 minutes waiting to even be address. The woman I presume is the manager, because she was in the managers office when I walked in, is the one that was providing the attitude and proceeded to say “oh my gosh im SOOO over today”
Absolutely not acceptable by any means being a person who has worked in fast food as a manager and a regular worker… you dont treat your people like that!

Okay this is a message straight to corporate office!! Not only am I going to leave a review but I will be calling corporate tomorrow for this particular location. I moved here a little over a year ago and this is the worst KFC I have ever went to trust me I have been to almost every one in the OK City surrounding area!! How did you guess yes it’s my favorite! But this particular location is starting to make me change my mind about that!! I have been complaining for a few months and absolutely nothing has changed! I think maybe I should call the health department because I’m sure this DRY macaroni and cheese they just gave me was about to grow mold on it! The mashed potatoes were dry even with the gravy HOW AND WHY DID I HAVE TO GO IN THE RESTROOM! No ladies room establishment should smell like that! We have to do better for our paying customers if we’re going to spend over $12! it’s hard times out here we all need every one of our pennies to count!!!!! Let’s get it together KFC Midwest City!!! How long before you guys put someone in there that really wants to do the job they’re getting paid for!! As well as give me the good quality food that I’m paying for.??? EVERY TIME I do appreciate the supervisor for apologizing when I called to let them know please don’t give anyone else none of that old macaroni and cheese! Nonetheless my meal was ruined already!

Wednesday 2/18/2026. Pulled up to drive thru. Was never greeted, waited 20 minutes, never spoken to, gave up, drove up to window, was told they don’t take orders at the window and was told to go to the back of the line. Line was super long due to their inattention.
Church’s Chicken is 20 seconds away and everyone there is way more friendly. Don’t know why I came here in the first place.

Took forever on an app order. Chicken was either burned or old with dirty fryer grease. Mac was over salted. Wedges were soggy and yet also tough. Sprites were just seltzer water. I get that y’all don’t get paid much but I used to do this job for $6.50/hr and I still did it right. Calculating for inflation that tracks about $2/hr less than what you guys make now.

Did drive thru order for 4 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and add side of Cole slaw. They even asked original or crispy. Ordered original and declined a drink. When I got home no chicken had 3 tenders. Tried to call several times and got no answer. Didnt even get voice mail. We consisently get incorrect orders here.

Absolutely the worst experience. Manager insulted me,they forgot the strips and the biscuits even after telling me the order was complete. They don’t start a mobile order till you get there. What’s the purpose of ordering ahead on the app. This store needs to follow most of the other located CLOSE

The chicken was over cooked and hard to eat we got the 6 piece my son said it was awful he says he just couldn’t eat it he tried are one piece and said can’t eat it I tried to eat mine amps it weird the coating was so thick it partially was like flour but my chicken was greasy and could only eat one piece I didn’t go back so I’m leaving this review
