Does not Seem to fail that every single time I choose that I want Taco Bell from this location they get my order wrong. Not just one thing multiple things. I even have them read it back to me and Correct them and they still seem to get it wrong. This time got beef nacho fries, but there is no meat in them. I’m just fries and cheese and tomatoes and then got the grilled cheese burrito box with beef. They put chicken in it. I don’t know if they’re just fried out of their minds, but I’m glad they’re not working somewhere that’s important. I’m just gonna start grabbing names every time I go because I’m not just gonna stop going to Taco Bell and then if they get it wrong, I’ll leave a review with their names. This time it was a guy with glasses and acne all over his face. I literally asked him four times if there’s beef in my food cause it originally came with steak and I didn’t want the steak do better. It’s not cheap.

I usually have such good experiences at this specific location. Today I took a final exam, which did not go so well, and I wanted to give myself a reward for finishing this class because it was difficult. I wanted a classic Crunchwrap supreme. But I got a funkwrap instead. I’m really disappointed and I am a loyal taco bell customer, but this is going to sway me away from this company. When I pulled out my Crunchwrap I bursted into tears because it was a funkwrap. I was already having a horrible day, and this just put the cherry right on top. I really was looking forward to eat my Crunchwrap. Even more worse when I was trying to eat it, it just fell completely apart. My day is ruined.

I ordered supreme tacos and when I got home 9 out of the 12 tacos were just meat and cheese. I’m upset because there is a 10 dollar difference between meat, cheese and supreme tacos. Wow wow… wow. Those are the only words I know how to describe my visit here. Maybe other words like unprofessional, hostile, aggressive, and disrespectful. Taco Bell is usually an adequate place to visit when you are on the road and need a quick stop. Well not this time! First off we waited at the speaker for several, precious, minutes. It was going fine after that until it came time to get our food. The worker shoved our food at us in an anxious manner. And slammed the window shut. We were quite honestly shocked at these behaviors from a professional establishment. We checked our bag for all our food, and discovered we were missing our cinnamon twists. While still at the window, the worker opened the window and rudely asked why we’re still there. We told her that we were missing our cinnamon twists. A different worker then came up and said she was on a timer, as if this inconvenience that THEY created was MY fault!! Hello?!?! You messed OUR order up! Preposterous!! They hastily grabbed some cinnamon twist and rushed us out. The cinnamon twist had no cinnamon on them. I am so disappointed in my visit :(. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as it could have been just a hard day, but please focus on your customer service!!

Food wise this is probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever gone to. However, the janitor at this location kinda creeped me out. I dined in today for lunch and he kept getting uncomfortably close to me. I got up to grab my order and I sat down on the opposite side of the restaurant and he came over and got uncomfortably close again.

Order accuracy is very high, food quality is hit and miss. I order at this location 1 to 2 times a week and have some wonderful experiences and some dissapointing experiences. My order is always correct, I don’t even bother checking the bag, however the last time my food was inedible due to poor burrito wrapping.

Avoid this place if you are vegetarian or want to order just vegetarian options. They will “accidentally” put beef on shells and mix it with beans. It’s only the 3rd time this has happened. 4 people working and 1 car in drive thru. No one holds anyone accountable. Person in charge always goofing around in the lobby. Person in charge claiming new people on the line but instead of actually training he’s on his damn phone in the lobby. I feel like someone of the staff are purposely mixing beef with vegetarian options. That would be a crime. You don’t make it right by just a refund and saying have a good day. Pathetic!
