Man, I’ve been in Worcester in the downtown area for three years now and I keep going back to this place for good reason
I’ll be honest, it’s not the greatest Chinese I’ve ever had. Definitely run-of-the-mill, greasy, and sometimes too sweet, but despite that, it is really flavorful and is unbeatable for the convenience and price.
I got a big plate with General Tso’s, Pork Fried Rice, and a greasy egg roll hot and FRESH for $8.95 in 2026. $8.95 cash and it was ready in 10 mins. Seriously.
I prefer Saloon 139, but this place is half the price and close by. Would recommend for a quick bite if you don’t mind the quality.

⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Absolutely Delicious!
I had one of the best takeout experiences here! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The shrimp fried rice was perfectly seasoned with big, juicy shrimp. The lo mein was amazing — tender noodles, lots of veggies, and just the right amount of sauce.
The star of the meal was the crispy chicken dish — cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside and tender inside, with a delicious sauce on top. Everything came in generous portions, still steaming hot when opened.
The place is clean, fast, and the food tastes even better than it looks. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

I only get one dish here: Hunan chicken. Honestly, it could be spicier for my taste, but aside from my own personal preference to tango dance with peppers, Great Wall is delicious. Veggies are divine, the meat always in good portion. Zero complaints, just tastebud heaven.

A local and yummy spot to get food, it beats fast food just for the sheer amount you get. The food is pretty good for takeout, it seems very homemade and I’ve never had a bad experience when I order from here. The lady behind the counter is also so nice, every time we go she is so friendly and excited to see us. After going a few times, I can confidently say it’s a good spot to get a quick dinner and if you’re downtown and hungry I recommend trying it out. Great variety and yummy food, we still have a bunch of food leftover too for work lunches.

Take-out Cantonese and Szechuan food with varied menu offering. Food is average and ample portions. The street signage may be a bit grand vs the reality of the interior — not really a place for a sit-down meal. Low my Worcester take-out ranking.

Yummy food, very quick service. Recommend the roast pork mei fun (which is surprisingly hard to find in New England) Clean tables but tight seating area. Food comes in takeout containers but they provided paper plates for us to eat on.

The beef teriyaki is not good. The chicken thingies were good and the crab raccoons was the best. It’s not the cook ball it’s the owner’s fault don’t cut corners.

Went for a quick bite before a concert. We split a dinner which included veggie fried rice, crab rangoon, chicken fingers, egg roll, and boneless spare rib. The rice tasted old. The crab rangoon was just filled with cream cheese. The pork did not taste right. The whole atmosphere was deserted and just no effort seemed to be put forth. One of the worst Chinese places weve eaten at.

A lovely place to get a a delicious meal. Their prices are very affordable, and they’ve always been incredibly kind and welcoming. Used to live within walking distance and ate here more than I ordered in. Street parking is usually easy to find, and worth any annoyance it may cause.
I love their spring rolls, and usually order extra, and I always get the pork fried rice.
