We tried the country fried steak and the cheese curds. Both were awesome especially for the price! Only problem, and it wasn’t the staff’s fault, was the slow service. It is the lunch hour and there were only 4 staff and they were rushing to pls everyone. It needs more staff or people won’t return! Just sayin’…

I went through the drive up and placed my order. 8 pc special for $10 extra crispy. My fault for not checking the order. I got home and greasy original that the skin was just falling off because of the greasy. If I would have called to complain I would have had to go drive back to the restaurant. Looked at my receipt…it didn’t say crispy. So the person taking the order failed. The person handing me the order had dirty hands and I couldn’t understand anything he said to me. Not because of an accent but because of the way he spoke or was on something. I quit going to this place because of bad service but I thought I would give them another chance. Not again. My meal went in the trash. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

In all my life, I didn’t know you had to ask for crispy chicken. I honestly thought the chicken was underdone — I didn’t know it was fake, and the whole time it was just flat‑out disgusting. Why do I have to ask for crispy? My husband had to inform me that unless you ask otherwise, this is what they serve.
That makes no sense. If your default chicken looks undercooked, tastes wrong, and feels fake, that’s a problem with the restaurant — not the customer. Nobody should have to guess or decode a secret menu just to get food that isn’t soggy, rubbery, or questionable.
This was disappointing, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable.

They definitely need people with better attitudes. We waited quite a while for our food and watched as they complained about the customers and I’m not sure more than 1 or 2 orders were correct. The lobby was disgusting. I wish we had went somewhere else. Prolly won’t be back. I also watched the I assume manager slam a customers food in a bag because he asked that his cold coleslaw not be put with his hot chicken! Seriously! Wow. Just wow and I’m not sure my chicken was cooked all the way lol.

I will say the customer service was good while I was there . I ordered a 16pc half bone half tenders they gave all bone . Then my biscuits were so hard and I bet old. Tried calling and busy signal. Would have drove back but the roads are icy and I’d rather not get back out.

Ordered online. Food was not ready. The young guy told us to pull forward. Waited 15 min. Then decided its been too long when there was no line at the drive through. Drove back around to the window and the young guy at the window said “oh you didn’t get your food yet?” We said no. So he walked over to grab my order and I had 5 drinks. I asked for a drink carrier and he said they didn’t have any. I am very upset the fact that it took so long to get my order when they had no customers other then maybe one other person in the done in and none on the drive through, then I still had to struggle carrying 5 cups while driving back home.

Ordered online due to phone line showing busy for an hour. Online order was wrong, tried to correct it, couldn’t, I called but still busy signal. I called the number on the web and they created a case then transferred me, this took awhile, I was told after spending $120 i couldn’t make changes to the order. So I went and picked up my order, I ordered an additional bucket of crispy breast meat. After paying for it including uncharted for all breast, I was told they could only do a mix. I asked for a refund of my upcharge,and was told I quote “we would rather not give a refund” I drove away very disappointed. Ill never use the KFC on hwy 71, in fort smith arkansas BTW the KFC on grand is no better.
