Absolutely delicious meal and fantastic dessert. I got the chicken parm as a meal which was delicious but this review is really for the dessert which was the star of the show. I got the crack waffle and words can’t even describe how amazing it was.

We went here for Valentine’s Day. We left saying it was the best Valentines dinner we have ever had in a restaurant. Our server was Tina who was excellent. The restaurant was very busy but the service was excellent the food was fabulous. For dessert we had the ring ding for two. It was out of this world. It’s the first time we ever took a leftover dessert home to eat later. If they can be this good on a busy Valentine’s Day I can’t imagine how great they must be on a normal day. We will definitely go back again!

Fantastic food and the presentation was amazing to say the least. Our waiter Adam was very knowledgeable about the menu and was more than happy to share his recommendations. Definitely will be returning! Dont forget to bring the wine!!Back again for prime rib night… Worth every penny! If you come, the baguette app is pretty awesome, steaming hot loaf of bread!

Really fantastic food. Great atmosphere and decor. Service was great. The umami factor in the food was off the charts. We had the Asian calamari and flat bread for appetizers… Outstanding.I had the grilled pork chop… the best pork chop I’ve ever had. It was brined, sous vide, smoked and charcoal grilled. A little on the smoky side, but that worked for me. Entrees and sides are a la carte, so things get a little expensive. My wife had the Pasta Bolognese, which was tasty, but was light on meat in the sauce.For those looking for cocktails, Blend is BYOB… which is actually a good thing, because you can save on alcohol and put your money towards some amazing food.

Nice local place on the main street In MANASQUAN. Attached to a boutique hotel. There is a deli in the front.Very comfortable atmosphere id say it’s a 7.5 out of 10. Food is better than good but not great also a 7.5 out of 10. Menu choices are also a 7.5 out of 10 there’s everything you would expect but nothing super exciting. Service an 8.5 out of 10 nothing to complain about at all. Prices vs value are 6.8 out of 10.Except to pay about 60-75 a person for this BYOB restaurant.It’s always good to have another option for a nice meal in MANASQUAN, they had a live Musician the evening we went. He played rock and jazz so that’s a plus. The crowd was chill. I’d give the place a try but would not rush back.If you are down here on vacation one of the better spots to eat at.

I work in town and just picked up lunch here. WOW! Had the green goddess salad. AMAZING! The salmon-cooked perfectly, the lardon-spot on, the dressing-fantastic!. I will definitely be back for dinner soon. Definitely the best food on Main St. and I have now been to all.

I hosted a private party with Chef Lou last night and all I can say is WOW! Everything about the experience was amazing. Let’s start with the most important aspect, the food. In both presentation and taste, the food was 5 stars. Every course was more impressive than the last. Not only was it delicious and beautiful, there was so much. We were completely stuffed by the end. Next, him and his staff were delightful to be around. Fun to talk to, attentive to the needs of my guests and on top of everything. I couldn’t ask for better. Finally, they do everything from beginning to end. Prep, cooking, serving, drink service, and clean up, they do it all. Chef Lou, thank you for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.

A+++ for service and atmosphere….. I had visited this restaurant previously for private parties and repasts years ago and it was always very good. In 2018 I purchased a gift certificate from dining deals where I spent $25 and received a $50 gift certificate with no expiration date. We finally got around to visiting the restaurant again after the Ramsey episode and Covid. We were very excited since reading the great reviews. The service and dinner were great. Highly recommend the pretzels, Bolognase and Salmon. The entire staff is incredibly attentive, professional and friendly. The old fashioned sundae was delicious as well as the coffee. Unfortunately, we were told our certificate would not be honored because it was three years old. Chef Lou came out and explained to us that he would not be paid from that company anymore. We felt that that wasn’t our problem either since I did already pay as well. He said to take it up with them myself. I said it would be fair to at least give me what I paid for when buying the certificate. He is the one who chose to go through that company to promote his business and there was no expiration date. He agreed and took $25 off the bill but not without making us feel uncomfortable. We of course tipped on the original amount and our server was apologetic. The owner made a mistake by not honoring our certificate in full which I did pay for. The certificate should have been honored with no hesitation or question because that’s good business. He in turn lost a future customer and countless others because word of mouth especially in these times is priceless. Imagine my review had he honored my gift certificate without hesitation.
