Excellent Christmas Eve dinner. 5 people, and all 5 loved each of their 3 courses. Apps: Seafood/lobster bisque, crab and artichoke gratin dip, fig and burratta. Mains: scallops, filet mignon, HUGE double bone in pork chop. Dessert: snicker doodle creme brulee, chocolate peppermint tort, cheesecake. All excellent! Service was good, not great but probably due to the timing of the 4/6/8pm seatings (staff was more interested in clearing our dishes {that we were pretty obviously still eating} than they were filling our empty water glasses). Again, probably a function of the unique night/seatings. Would absolutely go again and certainly recommend.

I had the opportunity to spoil my belly last night at Blend on Main!
The dining experience was extremely pleasant from the beginning to the end. Holly greeted us with a welcoming smile. Our waiter was Tom who I’ve had before at Blend, and I wish I could take him to every restaurant I visit to be my server because he’s absolutely amazing! There were four of us and we got the BOGO filet. We each had to pick out an appetizer and side dish which was difficult because we mentioned how we wanted to try all of the options. Luckily we shared with each other, so we could try them all!
The filet was cooked perfectly for each of us. I’m a big filet fan and Blend definitely has the highest quality around.
We enjoyed each others’ company, we didn’t feel rushed, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and we were the last ones there! I even got a huge hug from Chef Lou!

Such a disappointment!! Awful honestly. I was really excited to try a local steak place (I love steak) so I ordered a salad and a boneless USDA prime rib steak. My steak was BRIGHT PINK and incredibly hard to cut. It was the worst steak I’ve EVER SEEN. Not a medium rare at all. It was pink and mushy and I sent it back despite being told it was what I ordered … I eat steak ALL THE TIME and no it was not medium rare…. Then it returned a little darker but gray and still mushy/damp as if it had been boiled or something. Absolutely not grilled or even air fried. No char marks, no seasoning, just a gray mush. Not edible. It was sitting on some hot plate for God knows how long and that was apparent. No flavor even with the sauce on the side (which also somehow had no flavor??) and truly one of the saddest grayest steaks I’ve ever seen. The salad was also seriously just wet arugula in a pile with almost no toppings for like $15. Egregious honestly.

I dined with my mother who is an absolute saint and even she agreed my food was essentially inedible. She liked her salmon well enough. I was starving and left so angry. I didn’t even want to pay for my food (as a service worker myself this is something I never do EVER!!) but she insisted we just leave quietly and go to chipotle afterwards. I didn’t even want to take my leftovers home but she told me that would be rude. I disagree.

Maybe we caught this place on an off night?? Our server was a nice dude. Dessert was nice. I felt bad leaving so angry but no that food was foul. the Thursday steak special is just plain terrible. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone. Ever. And yes I’m the girl in the black sweater who just left and is eating chipotle at home now.

My husband recently treated me to dinner here for my birthday. I requested this restaurant as I took a cooking class with a group of women years ago and remembered the amazing experience and delicious food. The only thing I requested for my birthday was king crab legs and as luck would have it, it was one of their specials for the day. I was so excited! We devoured everything on our plates. I would definitely go back again. The only criticism I would say was both of our entrees were slightly under seasoned (I didn’t bring it up to the server because we took our entrees to go since we were so full from the crab legs). The decor was very nice , our server was great, just wish I didn’t have to keep swatting flies while trying to enjoy my meal. Overall a great place to enjoy a delicious meal.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant regularly for several years now, and it never disappoints. From the consistently excellent food to the warm and attentive service, everything is truly top notch.

Tonight we had the pleasure of doing the Chef’s Table 7 course tasting menu to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was nothing short of outstanding. The team reached out beforehand to ask about any dietary restrictions or preferences (we had none), which allowed Chef Lou to create a beautifully curated experience. Every dish was creative, flavorful, and perfectly paced.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The evening was memorable in every way, and meeting Chef Lou at the end was the perfect finishing touch.

This place holds a special place in our hearts, and tonight just reminded us why we keep coming back. Highly recommended!

We found Blend on Main during COVID. Not being able to get together with family, we ordered the Thanksgiving meal for 2 for my mother who lives in Wall. She has been talking about it for 5 years! Yesterday, we joined mom for their Thanksgiving buffet. Everything was wonderful. The staff (everyone) were friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is comfortable and inviting. The food…where to start… everything was fabulous. Ham, turkey, stuffing…all delicious. Really, the only negative thing is we don’t have any leftovers to eat today. For the delicious bounty provided, the price was very fair. Highly recommended!

From out of town and found this gem. Service was great and attentive. We did the 3 course with the regular and steak up-charge options. Tuna app was the highlight app., the steaks coming on a sizzling platter is nice touch. House made focaccia is great touch. BYO let us bring a special bottle without corkage fees. Highly recommended

Had an out of this world dinner with my parents. First time in the restaurant and I will be back for sure. Great atmosphere, timely service, and perfectly cooked dishes. I recommend the Beef Negimaki while it’s on special!

The Christian Life
Our niece told us about this gem a while ago, and we finally stopped in. At first, we thought it was closed; but Gabby, the hostess, came outside to greet us and welcome us in.
The atmosphere was so soothing with a beautiful roaring, double-sided fireplace and lovely decor. The service was so attentive and professional, and the food so savory and delicious. We look forward to frequenting this restaurant often. Chef Lou is phenomenal – creative and so personable.

I must say if you haven’t been to Blend on Main, I don’t know what you’re waiting for. Chef Lou and his team are sure to give you the ultimate dining experience. I’ve always been a person who believes you get what you pay for. The food was so amazing. I had, I can’t remember the exact name, lobster pasta in a blush type sauce. My husband had the peppered tuna, which he said was so delicious. We had a beautiful table with great ambiance. Our server, Jeane, was very, very pleasant and attentive.
You HAVE to save room for dessert. TRUST ME.
