Tonight a couple minutes ago we went to the store and ordered 12 pieces chicken meal they told us we had to wait 20 minutes and we told them ok but after 30 minutes we went to the window to ask if our order was ready and they said we should wait longer, about 5 minutes later they came out to our car to ask what we had ordered and it seems like they had forgotten our order, after another 20 minutes a man brought the order to the car and just threw it in the window and said goodnight and left in an offensive manner, our order was incomplete, very bad service on their part and a very bad way to treat the people who come to buy and pay their salaries, We paid $40 to get 11 pieces when the combo was 12 and to end up they give us this garbage as pieces of the order.

Original chicken was great! Sides are poor. They really do make better Instant Mashed Potatoes today. There is a brand called Idahoan, but Walmart sells Great Value that is just as good. You should try to upgrade them. Sides are also rather limited in choices. Prices have really gone up, but we enjoyed getting the chicken there. If you improved your potatoes & sides, you would have a better rating.

I had to wait for this piece of chicken but they did not cook it long enough! This is unacceptable! I didn’t get a picture of the other one from yesterday I ordered two thighs original recipe but the cook made the mistake of doing extra crispy so I decided to take the extra crispy instead I wouldn’t have minded waiting a little bit longer to make sure my chicken’s done. I can’t eat this I couldn’t eat the one from yesterday and now I’m out $11 and still hungry the young man that was working the window was very nice extremely nice and so was the young lady I spoke to today

I ordered a 16 piece chicken tender family meal for my family. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. For my food, I was told two different times. They were having issues in the kitchen. It’s OK. I understand. Finally employee comes out Hands me my food and says thank you sir. Thank you for waiting. OK I get home and it’s 16 piece chicken not tenders. The whole weight was supposed to be for tenders and they got it wrong. This I don’t understand.

Haven’t been to kfc in many years. This location is very clean and well kept. The employee at the counter was very nice and welcoming. Proudly the best service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. The wings with honey bbq were great.

Not once but multiple times the food is frozen and can not be cooked. Tonight the fryer needed to be turned on so order was going to take longer even though I ordered online. Keep in mind it’s 9 and closing time is 11 so not sure why. Same goes for DoorDash have dashed here and wait is long.

We went through the drive thru and got a 12 piece extra crispy. Greasy and gross. The skin was literally sliding off. I will never go to another KFC. The photos say it all.

Absolutely horrible store. Ordered $70 in food, only got mashed potatoes and the manager screamed and yelled at my daughter said that they will not give us the rest of our food!! I can believe the way management just treated my daughter. Never eat here!!

First thing when we walked in it smelled disgusting right at the doors. When we went in further the smell was gone. I ordered a #7 which is 5 tenders but they counted a tiny nugget as a tender, our fry boxes were only half full, the Mac n cheese looked dry and old, a lot of the tables were dirty and sticky. The guy at the front desk had an idgaf attitude about taking our order and having to replace the Mac n chz with a different side. For spending over $50 for us to eat I’d say it wasn’t worth the money at all. Idk what happened to all the fast food restaurants but they have seriously all gone down hill. It would have been better for us to go to a real restaurant and we will for sure next time. Another one lost our business.

This is how the restaurant looked on July 3 for lunch. The buffet looked like a tornado hit and the restaurant was in really bad shape. It was also an act of Congress to get things refilled, and the employees to include the manager had the worst attitude. Things have continued to get worse for this location over the past few months. Very unhappy with this latest visit and probably won’t return until management gets things organized and cleaned up.
