This place is disgusting. You can literally smell the bathrooms from where you stand ordering food. The tables were dirty. I wanted to see for myself why the bathrooms were so smelly. I almost fell when I was exiting the bathroom because the floor was slippery…. It’s gets better, the floor wasn’t wet with water, it was just disgusting like it had a layer of grease and old urine on it… Because it did! Urinal and toilet had been used and not flushed. The kid taking orders was nice but when the person behind me in line ordered, the young lady preparing the food rudely yelled at him informing him he was selling things they did not have. He was visibly embarrassed. The customer was kind. What has happened to this one incredible chicken house? In a time where everybody preaches tolerance, are we to tolerate a filthy restaurant as well? I think not!

Busy day at work figured one night we can just order food. I ordered a 12 piece with three large sides fries, Mac and cheese and mash potatoes. Had to wait 15-20 minutes on fries, got half a container of Mac and cheese which was mostly burnt and didn’t get the mash potatoes. Picked out the non burnt Mac and cheese and hardly had enough to give my kids 1/4 cup each. Staff looked and acted as if they didn’t want to be there which I get, I’ve worked in food service and customer service and it sucks but you also applied for the job. Called after I got home and saw the food issues. Nobody answered the phones.

We went to buy coleslaw, which is excellent. When we got up to the speaker to order, we could barely hear them speaking to us. Along with the 4 large coleslaws, we decided to order a 12 piece nugget. What a joke.

I got there after 10pm. And I swear there was one person running the whole show. I was reading reviews and got a little worried, but the food was all good. Everything I ordered was in there and the lady working, Virginia, Was too kind, got the food out fairly fast and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. And like I said I only saw one car and one person so she had to be overwhelmed, but she kept a smile and a good attitude. I hope the company appreciats what they have. Thank you.

This isn’t a KFC that I’ll be returning to. I’m disappointed to leave a negative review, because I don’t believe the problems I’ve had are directly related to the employees. We frequent this store, and have never had so many problems until recently.

Tried to go into the lobby for a take out order, and the doors are locked. Despite the sign on the door saying the close at 11pm. At the time it was 9pm. Then proceed to go threw the drive through and they say that all they’re going to serve is crispy. Again, despite what the store hours post. Horrible, haven’t been to that store in a couple of years, and definitely won’t be coming back.

This is how the restaurant looked on July 3 for lunch. The buffet looked like a tornado hit and the restaurant was in really bad shape. It was also an act of Congress to get things refilled, and the employees to include the manager had the worst attitude. Things have continued to get worse for this location over the past few months. Very unhappy with this latest visit and probably won’t return until management gets things organized and cleaned up.

Worst place in Roger’s they never get it right , I just got back from there after going back in there twice . The lady asked for the ticket several times and still left off the cold slaw. Cindy is the only one that gets it right. I’m never going back there. Randy Strode

A manager or owner really needs to do some checking on this place. We waited for over 20 minutes to get original recipe chicken on a takeout and they gave us extra crispy instead. As we sat in the restaurant waiting, the staff were cussing and complaining about customers so loud that we could hear every word. $42 not well spent. We were not the only unsatisfied customers. They were out of almost all their chicken and were getting orders wrong. We won’t be back ever.
