I got extra crispy dark meat. Did not expect the chicken to be so overcooked. Hard to eat it my wife’s order was incorrect. Took two attempts to get it fixed. We ended up just taking the meals home to our dogs. So unlike this KFC. Used to be really good.

Food is usually good. However, Always check your order before you leave ! They always leave something out. We ate here over the weekend. We walked in and placed our order. When they brought it to us I opened the bag to look…..That made the employee upset . Sure enough… They had not given us our Fries, dipping sauces, or our silverware. The last 4 times ordering from this location they have failed to give us all of our order. Beware!

The day my wife and I visited the place was empty inside. The tables and floors were dirty. We cleaned our own table off. There was a hair stuck to one of the nozzles at the drink fountain. But, the food was really hot when we got it.

As you can see the chicken is over cooked so much that there’s no meat left to eat because it’s leather. You should be ashamed taking peoples hard earned money for this type of quality and this is not the first time but it will certainly be the last. Owners had better get a hold of their business. If only we could have a Popeye’s located on north Walton. The Colonel would be very disappointed!

The past 3 times I’ve been here, this store has been so dirty that I’m just overwhelmed as soon as I walk in. It would be a different story if they were busy but each time I’ve come in the workers are standing around and chitchatting amongst themselves. No one in drivethru and no on in lobby. Instead of using that time to clean the disgusting lobby, they stand around talking. And the chicken was burnt. I’m assuming bc they are to worried about talking.

This particular location has always been dirty and run down, but I’ve never had any real issues with it until today. Huge black hair deep down in my potato bowl. I’ve never had this happen at any restaurant in my life. It kind of shocked me, it had to be in the pot of mashed potatoes itself because it didn’t come out till I was pretty deep into the bowl. I have short hair, and as you can see it is stuck in the mashed potatoes themselves.
