Went to get a 6 piece hot wings only for my son and got them and they are very old looking, called and asked for a manager and explained to her, her response was we drop them fresh every order, I told her that they wasn’t fresh they way she was talking like she didn’t have any care in the world and the cashier was rude as well. I genuinely dislike having to write negative reviews, especially when it comes to food, as I understand the hard work and dedication that goes into creating a dining experience. However, in this particular instance, I feel compelled to share my experience due to a serious issue I encountered with the coleslaw I purchased at KFC. I have always considered KFC to have some of the best tasting coleslaw available, renowned for its creamy texture and delightful blend of flavors. Unfortunately , this occasion was nothing short of a disappointment.

As I opened the bag containing my meal, I noticed something unusual. Through the clear plastic lid of the coleslaw container, I could see a distinct dark spot that immediately caught my attention. My curiosity morphed into dread as I removed the lid, and to my shock and dismay, I discovered the dark spot was not just an innocuous piece of food it was a fly embedded in the coleslaw. This was not only unappetizing but also deeply concerning from a health and hygiene perspective.

I cannot comprehend how this egregious oversight managed to slip through KFC’s quality control measures. It raises serious questions about the standards they uphold in their food preparation and packaging processes. It is alarming to think that a product intended for human consumption could be handled with such little regard for cleanliness and quality. As a customer, it leaves me feeling disheartened and, quite frankly, disgusted.

Given this experience, I have made the decision to refrain from patronizing this KFC location in the future. I believe that everyone deserves to enjoy their meals without the fear of encountering such unsanitary conditions. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts the establishment to reassess their practices and ensure that no other customers have to endure a similar experience.

It’s extreme annoying and dangerous that a lot of drivers just pull up to the door and wait to be served, blocking cars from backing out. The manager needs to put some pylons outside the door and tell these “privileged” drivers that the restaurant does not offer curbside service. Just tonight a driver backing out had to blow her horn three times and we had to motion to the driver to move out of the way.

This store is always slow on mobile orders every time I come in here to pick up a mobile orders, to were I hate accepting orders from here. They need someone specifically on mobile orders only. Plus the front counter is being totally neglected by the employees nobody’s taking people’s orders and there walking out. They’re not hospitable at all. We have to wait too long for those orders, and customers are disappointed. These customers be on lunch break and be expecting their food within a reasonable time. When I walk through the store the first thing I saw was a black female with orange braids in her hair, on her phone, going to the bathroom in anger. Obviously from talking to someone on the phone because she was yelling at them about something. You supposed to leave your problems at the door, and keep your phone off during work hours. That’s the way it’s always been when I go to work, but I don’t know what’s going on now, in these new days and times. These young folks stay on their cell phones during work hours. Ignoring customers at work is a no-go. After she went in the bathroom she come back out and a customer told me that the bathroom looked horrible and unsanitary. I then told her to go take a picture and do a review. Because tht bathroom don’t suppose to be looking tht awful. Also when I looked at the screen the employees had marked the to go orders complete when they were not even complete. So I think they’re trying to say that they’re completing the orders in a timely manner when they’re not. Trying to look like they are doing some work when they not. To avoid the store getting bad ratings.

Had a mobile order, arrived when the app said. They tell me to park up front which is no big deal. Then I wait a total of 45 minutes to get my food. And yes I went inside at about the 15 minute mark. I contacted kfc support they say they will refund and never did. Terrible experience and when I final got my food they forgot items.

Everytime I order at this location they are out of something, especially if it’s an item they’ve got on special or just released. Good management knows that they should order more for those situations. The location is poorly run. Staff is friendly, but location is poorly managed.

There’s a young lady and her mother who recently started working at this location. The game from the pine Bluff location on 28th Street they are the reason I believe that the store closed down. They are very rude and nasty get some zero and customer service experience. I had an incident with him in pine Bluff they cursed me out and wanted to fight. I don’t know the daughter’s name but the mother’s name is Crystal.

This has got to be the worst KFC in America. They never have Pot Pies, my chicken is always soggy amd dripping with grease. Biscuits are hard and crumbly. Mashed potatoes were ok. Tonight I tried them again and after me sitting in line behind 3 other cars I get to the windows just for them to tell me the card reader is broke after swiping my card 3 times. Girl was on her cell phone the whole time and was a bit rude this is an awful place of business.

KFC has always been a family favorite while road tripping. It’s a decent meal at an affordable price. So of course after driving all day in a packed car with my family, who were ready for something substantial after a day car with snacks and gas station pizza.

We arrived in Little Rock at 7:30 pm, checked into our hotel, and placed my order on the KFC app at 8:03 pm.

Ordering and delivery process with smooth and pretty quick. The was delivered to our hotel in less than an hour.

However, the problem came when we received the order. The Door Dash driver was rude and improbable. Our order was not handled with care. The bag looked a bit beat up.

The food was terrible, I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy bone in chicken bucket meal, family-sized season fries, mac and cheese, and 4 biscuits.

We only 7 pieces of chicken with soft and mushy crust. The crust was literally falling off the chicken. It didn’t taste fresh out of the fryer. I have had grocery store chicken that tasted better than this did.

The fries were overcooked and dried out. The Mac and cheese was not terrible just so so. In addition to the disappointing food, my order was also missing condiments ( 2 BBQ, 2 Honey mustard, 6 ketchup, and 4 hot sauce), plates, utensils, and napkins that I requested.

This irritated me because I specifically requested it in 2 different places on the order form, First place was in the actual line item on the KFC order and the second place was in instructions to the Door Dash driver asking to please check if these items were included in the order. Fortunately, the front desk at our hotel had paper plates and plastic spoons.

I can overlook the missing condiments, plates, and utensils, however, I cannot overlook the quality of the chicken. Not only was it a dissatisfying meal it was not worth $29.95.

I do not recommend this KFC location nor do I plan on returning.

This place needs to be shut down, old food, drive through is never open? They cannot make an order right ever, gave up having to return the store twice for them to give me someone else’s order then gave me wrong sides.
