We came here for dinner and ate inside. We ordered at the counter and received great service. I usually get the new Bo Bites meal when I go to Bojangles, but they do not seem to be in this region. As a result, I ordered the 4 piece supreme combo with mac and cheese and a sweet tea, and ranch as my dipping sauce. Our food was prepared within minutes. They do not have a self-serve drink station here so the drinks were prepared behind the counter. The supremes are pretty good, and they have a little bit of a kick to them. The mac and cheese was typical for Bojangles, pretty bland but does the job. The biscuit was good, too. The price of the meal was just under $10 which I thought was a pretty decent price for the amount of food I got. While we were sitting, the person who took our order came out to check on the people who were in the dining area, which I thought was really nice. Overall, we had a nice experience here.

01-09-26. Walked in to this bojangles, ordered my food and saw a cockroach go behind the menu tv. I dropped a hash brown and put it on the counter and another cockroach came out onto the counter. I’m not kidding when I tell you the girl took the hash brown, swept the cockroach off the table, kept her gloves on and kept working like nothing happened. I can’t stand rude customer service and put up with it because I want to get some damn bojangles but cockroaches is where I draw the line. Especially roaches who are literally coming out like it’s their own house. DO NOT go to the one on east tenth street. I threw my food out and I’m not going back.

Drive through lady was super rude. Asked for two supreme dinners with RANCH. One of them had three and a half tenders with BBQ sauce and the other had chicken wings and BBQ sauce instead of tenders. She obviously just threw things together because she didn’t care about doing the job she signed up for right. This bojangles needs new staff because the people there aren’t it.

Order a Cajun filet sandwich combo, chicken was damn near grey. I was pulled up for my Bo berry biscuit which was fine, service takers were adequate. As someone comes outside I notify them of the overcooked chicken, she says for me to go around drive through again, just for me to receive another piece of overcooked chicken.

The dude at 8:35 am who was at cashier was a good representation of amazing customer service he broke a 100$ bill for me and my coworker and we greatly appreciate him he also double counted our money for us to make sure we got the right amount and he was very nice and has amazing energy I say he deserves atleast a 2$ raise this was on February 27 on a Friday morning at 8:35 am I hope he gets a raise

Everytime i come to this bojangles there’s a cashier w red hair that has the absolute nastiest attitude ever. Today she practically threw my bag of food to me and slammed the window door in my face. It’s gotten to the point where if i want bojangles I have to go 10 minutes away from my house. The food at this bojangles is either a hit or miss and recently it’s been a miss. Management needs to get miss girl in check asap, you picked this job willingly don’t get upset w me when you have to do your job 🙂

Never again ordering from here. The food that my wife and I got was not in proper condition any the food was just plain dry. I ended up having to throw up my entire meal because it gave me really terrible food poisoning. Either people aren’t washing their hands correctly, or giving out old food is the normal. Typing this up makes me want to throw up again thinking about how terrible this place has become. This has ruined my Bojangles cravings and I’ll never want Bojangles every again because of this.

Went through the drive through and ordered a family variety feast and only got half the chicken we paid for. Thankfully when we went back, Bonnie treated us with excellent customer service and made sure we got the rest of our order. Thank you!!!
