Well! Let me start with 1 star is to much to give those lazy bums!
We pull in the drive thru and stay there calling for 7 minuets and no one responded. As we started to pull away I noticed 5 employees and only 3 customers. The lazy idiot with the head set was leaning up against the counter, oblivious or just not giving a rats butt that we were there to order. I had the bright idea to call to see if I could talk to a manager. And no one answered the phone!!! This place is absolutely a dump! Specially when it comes to customer service and I’m going to call their headquarters and complain about this trash of a fast food restaurant. My recommendation is. Keep driving!!! Is less aggravating to be hungry!!!

So came in and I always use bathroom to wash my hands first. Well there soap dispenser is broke and just have the bottle laying out.. then went to get paper towels and of course it’s broke.. so just used my jeans. Then at the counter I had to get someone’s attention.. the dinning room is filthy. I’ll definitely not be coming here very often.

No restaurant should be this dirty. There were 6 workers and only 2 customers when I was there around supper time. They should send some of those folks out front with a broom and a mop. I am scared to think what the kitchen looks like based on the condition of the dining area.

Hot chicken! They don’t keep a ton of it cooked up and under the heat lamps but cook small amounts at a time so it is always hot and fresh! Stacy, the evening manager is nice and helpful and friendly. I visit here often as I meet people here for meetings.

The food was hot and order was correct. Stacy who worked the counter was very patient and extra nice since I was so indecisive, he made my husband and i laugh the whole time and checked on us to make sure our dining experience was great.

Well this will be the last time I buy from this KFC. Looking for a new place now. Old Chicken, was not fresh. This not only happened the last time, but has happened the last two times, so first one I give you, second one, is on me, so never again. Terrible food. Friendly staff, but horrible food. Not up to standards of others.
